Now I am very concerned, afaik none of my posts have been referred for moderation
Post reported.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

This amused me. For each of the strange names, you need to identify whether it is an obscure Pokemon or a celebrity baby:
http://www.wow247.co.uk/2016/07/14/quiz-obscure-pokemon-name-or-celebrity-baby/Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Forums are often funded from the adverts, so no payment required.
The cost isn't in the hosting or bandwidth. It's the moderation that's expensive, unless people volunteer for the job. Or so I have heard. I've never run a forum, but Sue has practical experience.
I run a number of websites on behalf of musicians, have done for a number of years, and the cost of hosting is about £3000 per year, and the domain names about £10 a year each.
The plan is to bring a large part of that in-house later on this year, however whether overall that will actually any money on that part is doubtful. There will be benefits of the reduced hours of organisation though that go into them.
ETA: The point I was making is that averaged out, it can probably be done for a few £ a week.💙💛 💔0 -

On that one, I have had a lot to say about it, but do respect the views of others that did vote differently.
As I've also said, I stand to lose a lot personally from that particular vote, whereas a large number of others don't.
I try to be laid back generally, though.💙💛 💔0 -
PN Do you claim Single person discount?
I'd have thought people on a very low income would get CT discount too.
Will delete if you wish.
Sue thanks for PM, sounds good
Hamish I don't always agree with your posts but I've certainly not found them objectionable, you are simply stating your opinion as you have every right to do.0 -

Ditto.
Nice easy to use site.Hamish I don't always agree with your posts but I've certainly not found them objectionable, you are simply stating your opinion as you have every right to do.
Thanks.
I think we'd all say the same thing about Gen's posts as well, albeit he may not have realised there was such a concerted reporting effort going on, nothing he posted should have been anywhere near enough to warrant a PPR.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Agreed Hamish, as I said before, others have posted more offensive or eek than he has and still manage to be here.
There should be something in place to counteract false reporting rather than just acting on the fact that x amount of people reported something. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Single personI'd have thought
But ... you can't cash it out and buy a flash car just to avoid a bill.0 -
Got the PM. I'd have not spotted if straight away if others hadn't mentioned it .... as they don't always give me a pop up when I arrive.
Went to register and it says I already have an account as the master company's server.... so I need to investigate how/why I've got an account with that organisation, before deciding whether to log in as that person ... or use a different email
I did notice though that The Big G has joined0
