I must admit, my first thought was, Oh God, no!, but my second thought was that she wants to keep a 'motherly' eye on him and keep him out of mischief!

If she realises later that she has made a huge mistake she'll just have to have a quick re-shuffle :D

Maybe he'll be better than we fear - at least people take to him.

Scallions, press, hot press - perhaps Irish expressions? The Irish nuns at one of my schools always called a cupboard a press.

Well, not seen a Long Lost Family end like that before.

Bloke looking for mum, they couldn't find her.
Woman looking for same mum, so the programme put them in touch.
    Programme had given up.

The half brother/sister then looked for their mum together - and found her - but she refused to have anything to do with them. It sounds like maybe she's not told her current family that she's a string of babies in her past she never mentioned before.

enjoyed watching that and as I was watching tv in bed I fell asleep at the end so pleased with your catch up on the conclusion:A

Actually, I think she's given him a job that makes him feel important, when the majority of his work will be to help drunken teenagers in Magaluf.

    Could be a clever move.

Just heard on the TV, speaking about Boris:

"Can you imagine him in a meeting with Vladimir Putin?"

Well, at least he has the right name for it!
