The picking will be quicker, but there's the time to tame the thicket..... I don't see how you can hope to compete with yellow sticker prices at the supermarket.
Why would I want to try and compete when I can have them fresh all of fifteen feet from my kitchen door?
The taming should be a one-off anyway.0 -
At least we're still enjoying a cybersummer in here.
It's varying between warm, beautiful sunshine, heavy rain and just cold and grey.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

When I grew strawberries, they never made it to the kitchen door!
Same for raspberries.
Same went for tomatoes, runner beans and peas! They just got munched in situ!(I just lurve spiders!)

By the way, apparently it's Barbershop Music appreciation Day today, so as I sing (sort of!) in a Barbershop mixed quartet, I thought I'd treat you to something by one of my favourite quartets, Lemon Squeezy, who are from Sweden.....

CK splits contracts into 2 (so both parts aren't dependant on one funding source) and suddenly the bank starts to listen a lot more seriously.
There are now 2 contracts for services, one of which is a lot more guaranteed than the other, meaning that the more guaranteed one can be funded, but the other one (which is wholly dependant on the first) can't.💙💛 💔0 -

Yes I can. Total risk is around £100 for the second.
If necessary, the shortfall on the first can be funded through other things.
There should, however, be no shortfall at all going by past experience and the figures that have been collated, which have been divided by 4 to produce a worst case scenario position.💙💛 💔0 -

Sounds all good from what I can understand. Which is not a lot. If the risk is only £100, why did you need a guarantee?
