Wonder why they picked on one of my boring posts to copy.....could have picked something a little racier than a decorating one!We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Absolutely awful news to wake up to, those poor people. I just can't understand how it spread so far and so fast.We made it! Spammers have "learnt" that just posting a short "Good post" gets them noticed as spammers .... and so some pick longer/old posts to copy/paste in. They need X posts before they can stick links in.
What the spammer didn't know is that we "know each other" here and I knew Sue wasn't decorating ....0 -

It at least reminded me of when I actually did the decorating in the front room , I was trying to remember the other night.
In other news, James isn't coming home when he leaves uni in the next week or so, he is moving straight into a shared house in Ipswich to use as a base for going to interviews etc whilst still keeping his old summer job in the meantime. It's easier doing it from Ipswich than from here in the village..including getting to his summer job!We made it! ..Edit.......Ronan Point was a 22-storey tower block in Newham, East London, which partly collapsed on 16 May 1968 when a gas explosion blew out some load-bearing walls, causing the collapse of one entire corner of the building
A more recent example would be Lakanal House in 2009. Six people died. Southwark Council was prosecuted and fined £270,000 with £300,000 costs.
The fire, which an inquest previously found had started in a television in a ninth-floor flat, spread through Lakanal House, a block of 98 maisonettes that was completed in 1960, with a ferocity that baffled firefighters and terrified residents.
Those who died had been told to stay in their homes by 999 operators, who believed fire safety measures would be sufficient to prevent flames and smoke from reaching them.
London fire brigade (LFB) brought the prosecution against Southwark after inspectors visited Lakanal House after the fire and found a number of structural and safety issues.

Crumbs. It looks like history might be repeating itself.
If it is, then heads should definitely roll.
I think lots of blocks of flats have a 'stay-put' policy.(I just lurve spiders!)
