Cloudy and humid and a bit meh here. Not too hot thankfully, low 20s at a guess.

I've got 3 weeks off work. Hoping to lose 3kg in 3weeks (6.5 lbs).

Blowing like the clappers here, wind was so loud it woke me up at 5.30. A local weather station has recorded 53mph but they are in a bit more protected position than I am (they are in a dip, lots of other houses, mine is top of a hill and no protection from surrounding houses as they are all bungalows!) If only I could find out what they are getting on the dock as that is a better representation of what we get here.

One silly neighbour put their bins out too early, the contents of said bins have now been strewn across the whole area and it is going to be traffic chaos soon, the Orwell Bridge is shut both ways....

Eeek, that was a scary gust...
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

We slept with the windows open in our bedroom last night, and woke early with the noise of the storm.

No nets here, but our sitting room is a bit like a goldfish bowl.

And, since we are discussing purchases, I haven't bought a cute puppy like Spirit, but I have bought an SDS drill. It looks solid enough that it will outlast me, and I think DS2 is already staking his claim to the inheritance.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

DS1 was in the kitchen the other afternoon, glanced up, and there was a man standing on the patio looking in. He then ran off.

I've just put a net curtain up in my front room after many years of not having one, the reason? The next door neighbour waved at me when I was sitting on the sofa doing a dying swan impression and then the next time I saw her, she mentioned some of the things we had in the room!

Don't much like being fully on view really.

Wow, what a storm. Fences still up, but one is wearing a trampoline from goodness only knows where. Why do I want to shout Trampoline! Trampoline!?

Latest wind update - trees down all over the town, bins flying everywhere (I went out to investigate something banging just in time to see a whole row of them go flying).

Knowing our lot, there will still be some idiot who decides to take their dog for a walk in the grove...

I'm not going out anywhere until the storm has passed, which I think will be about lunchtime. I am tired. I think I shall go back to bed and dream if Easter eggs.

Dodged a bullet there by the sounds of it!

I just feel it's better if windows enable the person inside to be able to see more than whoever's outside.... giving you time to pull on some leggings before opening the window fittings and shouting "BOO" at the random boogeymen.
