It's the Get Up Early on Sundays Club.
    :)

My radio controlled clock hasn't realised it's supposed to show a later time yet though... it still says 5:50am.

Here the clocks went forward early Friday morning. So for two days I've been 3 hours ahead rather than 2.

:( Can hear water falling from in bathroom which probably means a gutter is leaking but cant really see out this side as only have bathroom windows so I will have to go out and stand in the rain at some point to figure out what is going on.

I've spent most of this weekend taking up net curtains (maybe whilst drinking red wine... thankfully the results aren't too wonky!). Thinking of venturing to Ikea tomorrow to get some more to finish the rest of the house. Will only do so if I can get there for opening as I imagine Ikea is even more painful than normal on a Bank Holiday.

I'm not generally a fan of nets but I do live on a main road and it's better than what I've previously been doing (paper blinds in the lounge, curtains shut in the rest of the house) and cheaper than the alternatives (e.g. shutters, though I don't think they'd suit my house anyway). The Ikea nets I've got are as plain as it's possible to be and very cost effective. My mum thought I was making some kind of wedding dress when she saw them on a chair waiting for my attention though :rotfl:.

I've been off work over a week now. Dont really want to go back even though it's got to be a short week :(

Some hope, eh! I'd like to hope you'd at least "settle for" somebody that could afford to buy you a dress rather than have you forced into making your own with a few bits of random net.

No - you have just shattered all the illusions I held of you...nets? What century are we in / were you born in?
    I think....
