OK so far have sorted kitchen, 2 x spellings/reading & boys now at school, 3 beds made and quick tidy in each room.

WM load just finishing so need to get it on to dry then vac & dust all through and then clean oven.

Back later for a catch up.

Morning all.

Busy day for me. Its my order day, I have finances I need to update so I can pay a couple of bills, laundry needs to be done and I need to have a shower about 2pm and make myself presentable as its parents evening from 4pm. First appointment is 4.45 because ex is coming along as he wants to speak to DDs teachers of the subjects she's chosen as options. Last appointment is in theory 5.40 but by that point no-one is sticking to their appointment times and its usually really really busy. If I was going alone I could be done and out the door by 4.30 which I've done in the past, tonight it'll probably be more like 6.30. Also realised I could do with printing out a copy of DD's report if a copy doesn't arrive in todays post so I can refer to it before speaking to the teachers and write out the times in order with the teachers name so I know where I'm going:o.

Right, first lot of washing is in and nearly done, I'm off to grab load 2 then get finances done and hopefully I can fly through my work easily this time around..but we'll see. Zack is in a "play with me or I'll try and climb on your lap" mood atm which won't help.

Well I'm not very well AGAIN!!!! I've been up most of the night on the loo (I think my tum has developed a crisp intolerance... I AM going to starve to death!!) .. There I was.. sat in the throne... the cat drinking from the hand basin as usual... and she sneezed and spat in my eye!!!! GROSS!! .. I went back to bed and Pixie fast asleep in my bed sneezed in the other eye!!!!

Needless to say, as well as my unhappy tum I also have a very sore throat and adenoids the size of newborn hippos!!

I managed to get Squeak to school in good time and am not doing another thing for the rest of the day and when OH gets home I'm going to bed!! HE can pick Squeak up from dance at 4:15.

I'm so fed up of feeling unwell, I'm sure its not that necessary!!

I'm spending today knitting!

Pigpen- gws wishes. Sounds like you need to dose yourself up and get some rest

Mrs MP- whenever I have had a telephone consultation they have always 'found' me an appointment later that day. I think they reserve appointments and then if the doctor thinks you are 'worthy' they allocate you one f this'd appointments. Totally ridiculous when t s definately something that cannot be sorted over the phone! But maybe your surgery works similar?? Either way it needs looking at asap.

Terrific Tuesday - Kitchen and Dining Room
Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
And have you half hour crafting or whatever relaxing thing you love to do!
Clean the hob
Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..

Pigpen I'm so sorry you're unwell again. Knitting and bed sounds like a very good idea.

Mr M turned up so shopping all put away, DW unloaded and just about to hang washing on airer. I've only got the following to do from my list:

Wearing my new poncho and it's soooo lovely! Kids want to go to the cinema but they can't agree on what they want to see - just hope it's not Alvin & The Chipmunks :eek: as I think I've sat through 3 of them before. The yarn I ordered with my birthday money has turned up so going to do myself a cuppa and unwrap it - that has been my incentive to keep going with the housework. Think I'm definitely sad.

Have been getting a shift on this morning. Bathroom scrubbed, all vac & dusting done. Oven left to do on my list for today, I will do it, I will do it ....

Weather is now quite nice here so looks like outdoor play. yay!!

Finished all 80 patchwork squares now just got to sash the last few then I can begin quilt building.

I will work on the fly list this afternoon.

Hello
Have just spent 2 hours in ds room. It is so much worse than I thought. Had left if for him but am now wondering if he isn't suffering some form of depression. He has health issues which make me worry when the room is so bad. I attacked it for a couple of hours yesterday and he was so relieved and appreciative I decided to have another go today. I want to free up the hoover so I can do stairs and living room. Will have something to eat now and then back to it. WM on hoping it doesn't rain so I can get load on the line and another one on.
