*** Peers round door in case of flying mules***

I'm in. Have Sister staying which actually will probably shame me into more flying than usual - it worked last night. Came down at 0600 to sparkly kitchen :D

DH fed and out door 0700 with lunch and dinner. Due back about 2300. Sis has been for a run! She's in the shower, then we are going to walk FurryBeast.

She will be working from here today. I am off to the gym (its raining!) Then baking and flying.

Put on 8lbs in 2 weeks on eating badly and not exercising enough. Back on strict diet plan. (after the hot cross bun with my name on it:rotfl:)

    (((hugs))) to all in need.

That's really lovely Pigpen - is it a Hitchhiker? By the way thanks for today's list as I think the one thing I can definitely do is a HH knitting ;)

Awful wind here today (the weather - not me) and it's almost making the windows rattle at the front of the house. Had some thunder and lighting too. Got a feeling apart from getting some more milk won't be venturing outside much today. Going to go and have a shower now, put a load in the WM and get started on sorting out this hovel.

  • Shawl looks lovely pigpen, dd3 has asked me for a mermaid tail for her to snuggle on her settee in so that's on my to do list as well.
Doing a bit of patchwork as my hhc I'm on the home straights with the squares, just got the mammoth task of putting it all together and doing the hand quilting then.

    Wow, pigpen, that shawl's a-ma-zing :T

Horrible weather here... no chance of doing HHGardening as my creative pastime of choice, so it will have to be HHMarzipanning (probably x4).

    My list for today:
    - Get mince from freezer
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
    - Put all DH's hotspots in one pile and remove to his man cave so he can work his way through it - Dusting in LR
    - Spot clean LR and stairs carpets (DH is notorious for spilling tea/coffee)
    - Wipe and water plants
    - Sort coats, hats, scarves and shoes in under stairs cupboard
    - WM x2
    - Call in at GP surgery
    - F&V shopping
    - Buy cake boards etc
    - Marzipan cakes
    - Finish tidying RoD - I did quite a lot before breakfast
    - [STRIKE]Frame and[/STRIKE] hang picture in spare room (this will involve finding and hammering in a picture hook)
    - QHI
    - Early tea because DH is off to a railway meeting at 6.30
    - Old Wives' Group for me this evening

Anything in addition to that lot will be a bonus.

Hope everyone has a good day. (((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round as needed x
