Paperwork is dealt with. Just 2 surveys to do online, and some "waiting to hear back from" papers sitting in the letter rack. I even showed DD how to file her bank statements properly.
DD is now glued to my laptop typing things up (it has word, whereas hers doesn't) so we're going to have tea and then I'm going to get comfy with my book. I'm supposed to be taking part in a reading challenge to read 7 books this week and I'm still only on book 1There's a couple of easy books in the pile so I'm hoping to still make the deadline on Sunday....whether I do or not is another matter.
I best go get tea in the oven...:o :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

If it's gone it's done, my new washer got delivered today, so I've loads of washing to catch up on, I've been hand washing for last few weeks... it wouldn't be so bad if the weather was good to actually get some drying time on the line... anyway I like my new washerthe old one kept breaking and I've probably spent more on new parts than the cost of my new one...

Thank you for the warm welcome everyone, I've made a start, I'm flapping my wings, I've s&s & done the floors in my bathroom & downstairs toilet plus I took my dog for a happy 1/2 hour walk & Ive now got 3 big bags filled for the charity shop. First one will go tomorrow as we've got a doorstep collection in the morning & I'll drop the other 2 when I'm in town next week. Feel worn out, but baby steps it is.
Sounds like huge steps to me; well done.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
Happy birthday Natty.
Ouch to various injuries; bin bags are dangerous things.
I'm having a bit of a destructive day; my trolley-box that I use to drag all my assessment stuff is now held together by a bungie; I just leaned in a normal way on my study chair armrest and nearly dislocated my shoulder when a bolt and washer shot across the floor and the armrest fell off.............
But have just taken a booking for a private assessment on Mon so have a lot of uni ones to write up first. So flying will happen tomorrow, promise.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
Grrrr. Just lost a post! Let's start again....
Happy birthday natty.
Ouch Mrs MP. Hope you are not too bruised.
Pigpen- good news about the mortgage payments and the eBay sales!
Well, I had a productive afternoon and finished everything off my list apart from writing party invites. Then I walked up to pick ds1 from school. While talking to one of the dads on the playground I realised that my waters had broken!!! Tad embarressing!! Then had to waddle home! Lol!
I had to go in to be monitored again. Everything is fine so they have sent me home with the hope that labour will start overnight! Fingers crossed!
So.. I am having an early night just in case I have a restless night.
I will hopefully update tomorrow!Grocery challenge- feb 2015- £133.07/£2500 -
