They haven't replied to me about the part 18, is that something I can bring up in my defence form ? The ticket was issued on the 29th so the deadline should be tomorrow (26th). I'm going to fill out the defence form with information on that link you posted.0

Yes and thank you for the additional information. I will see if I can use this information if the claim proceeds to the next step.0 -
Unfortunately all that is irrelevant to your defence in your case0

I agree, stick to what you have been shown for defences (all 4 of you are hopefully comparing notes by pm now - Clark13, moe123, Garsantinos and Anthony94).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello guys,
I have just received the first attempt at communication from the claimant's representative Gladstone solicitors. It was an email from a woman named Phoebe McClean.
Here is the exact email copied below:
Mr XXXX
I write further your Part 18 request.
A full response to your request will not be provided until a formal application has been submitted through the Court. As I'm sure you will appreciate, the cost to provide a full response to all the points raised would be disproportionate to the amount of the Claim.
Regards
Phoebe McClean

Any advice of what to do next? I'm guessing the next step would be to contact court for the part 18.0 -

Defence was already submitted last week. The reply to the part 18 on their side is also way past the 14 day deadline. Sorry, I run a busy schedule so I haven't had the chance to keep myself updated on their threads.0

You don't 'contact the court for the part 18'.
Here's Anthony94's thread where it's been said their lack of transparency is unreasonable and does the defendant more favours than them:

and a reminder from the NEWBIES thread link to bargepole's 'what happens next' post:
