Won't the chemist deliver for you? It's a very heavy load. x
They've never offered. Its a very small independent chemist I think. I go there every 2 weeks to get this load

    Morning all

Not exactly a pink trolley lol but just seen this in my emails. I probably saw it here and it had sold out so put it on stock alert.
Wondering if anyone has purchased one before and what sort of quality they are. Was thinking would be good to go to local chemist about half mile away to pick up OH prescription which usually consists of 20 bottles of ensure  So would need to be strongish.

OK....guys I need some advice on my mystery boxes...is Tiny around maybe...or anyothers who can advise.

They have arrived ....um not sure what to make of them..quite a lot of SB which is ok I can live with that ...2 bottles of prosecco in one of the cases and the value of 9 bottles in each case add up to £58.40 in one case and£70.50 in the other...so not bad for a £96 spend...

however...each case also contains 3 bottles of tesco finest curacao triple sec,A liqueaur I think...38% ...what do I do with that?...1 bottle could live with but 6.....very hard.

How do I return....does the whole cases go back to the store or just these 6 bottles.....and what do they offer in exchange.....looking on the websites Twine dont stock it but T.Com groceries do at £9 a bottle.

    Any answers/suggestions gratefully received.....

Try taking a bottle back to a store that stocks it and say you bought it in error, lost receipt, can you have an exchange?

Not quite the same situation, but we had a quite badly damaged bottle in one of our mystery fizz boxes last year. I phoned and was just told to pour it down the sink. I was refunded £10. Might be worth a call to see what they say?

LEJC I would ring them to see what they offer, or maybe sell on a local facebook group? (a lot of FB groups don't allow alcohol sales though)

Or, like lawrie28 said return to store, SA dependant you will get refund, giftcard or nothing.

    Failing that...

    Good plan

I shall do speedtests every 5 mins for a week and see what the best times are.

It would make a long week but you would have all the info you needed to plan when is best to go on line
Personally I think every 5 mins is a bit excessive but good luck and I presume you don't work so you have plenty of time on your hands:D

thanks all...just spoken to Twine...and they were a little ambiguous....they say because it isnt something thats stocked by them as such its best for me to return it all to store....but I will I think either be offered a full refund on both cases, which is a shame as 9 bottles in each are what I would consider "drinkable wine"....or I could be offered a £4 per bottle credit on the triple sec as thats the allowance per bottle in a mystery case......but its all very SA dependant.

1 bottle of this I could cope with but I'm sorry 6 just is taking it a little to the extreme for us....

Now to choose my store to return to.....
