This weeks crisis is eldest childs BF birthday which is actually in March but I am seeing eldest child next week :j so in theory I could give her his card and present.
except I have not got a present yet so any suggestions would be helpful. I am desperate as always
last year I got a beautiful Marks scarf with mohair. I think it was acceptable but I never heard anything back. The previous year it was some posh mens toiletries (I won these) and a jelly bean set.

Anyone else would install conduit under the ground to make it easier to replace cables when they age. BT do not install conduit so it makes it harder to replace the cable, They would not have to dig up the street if conduit was in place.
Connecting new to old will not affect the outcome so long as they determine where the fault is first.
I think that is what they have been doing for the last 2 weeks, deciding exactly where the fault is and only yesterday did they give an update and the work is due to be done on Friday.
Our actual exchange cabinet is in a village 3 miles away - I have no idea why“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. in the olden days people were actually weighed before they boarded so they could get the amount of fuel right“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. When we paid £93 a month it was fine but ever since we got the deal for £5.95 for the year it's been c@ck.
