It was quite a long time ago Nanny but all I remember were so many crowds and having to follow the carpet line. It didn't really suit my style of shopping as I'm not a "spur of the moment shopper" and going back was just too difficult.

Didn't actually buy anything as got so exasperated just wanted to leave:eek:

I might have gone back except that its a long way to our nearest store and I've never wanted anything enough to risk it again!!

I'm with you on this - I felt rather claustrophobic in there and couldn't wait to get out ! Not a store for leisurely browsing.

This is one reason I don't go to B&M because I feel claustrophobic and find it dark inside and can never find anything I want when I do visit.

Oh thanks for asking :). Yes I went to vets yesterday for the results and its just a lipona (fatty lump) and we will just monitor it for now. She has her half yearly check up in May, so will be checked again then. So relieved :)

Glad its nothing to worry about.

    a question.

has anyone had any dealings with 2 companies called vidbliss and lilplay?

    yes I've googled

No its not me. Its my youngest again - he is 24 for goodness sake and still they go making stupid mistakes

Yes I have sent a message to his bank or at least about one of them. The other I've just realised is doing the same so I need to get permission before I contact the bank again

Just had a quick google on vidbliss. Apparently in thier t&c's ( page 50 ) if you don't cancel after 5 days you are giving them permission to take x amount from your bank.

"Hi everybody, just wanted to share with you my bad experience.
some days ago i registered on vidbliss.com/movies

FOR FREE* end yesterday they charged me 187 AED !!! its around 60 dollars!
for NOTHING! in terms and conditions which nobody is reading somewhere on the 50th page from 100 .. pages was mentioned that 5 days are free and if you will not delete your account ( what is very hard to do ...) you will be charged! PEOPLE BE CAREFUL !!! WHEN YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR SUCH SIGHTS....."
  • Good morning another gorgeous day!
I'm organising an event in aid of Cancer research as part of their Britain's Biggest Breakfast and to raise money I am going to hold a raffle. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with big companies donating prizes? I've had a look at the charities board and took some advice from there and I've contacted Aintree Race Course to see if they would donate some tickets.
Any advice would be gratefully received as it's the first time I've ever done anything like this.
It's being held at a local restaurant so all food and beverage prep has been taken care of its just ways of raising extra cash I'm looking for. They have kindly offered to donate a percentage of the mornings takings.
It's quite exciting now I've written it down. It's 11th March so time wise I haven't got very long.

If you know anyone that works for Vodaf0ne their foundation does matched funding up to £350
