I've got artificial grass. Cost was good as I waited for an end of roll to fit my garden on grass direct. Easy to lay (so he tells me). In nearly 3 years it is not damaged, not faded, we have never ever put sand on it. As for leaves on it I just pick them up but there are not many. And I've 2 children under 4. Not one incident or paper cut on them. I love it.

I know it will get covered in leaves . Its so annoying. When twigs fall off neighbours tree I throw them over the fence . Wish I could throw all leaves back lol.

we have had a very upsetting afternoon

We had a little girl cat stray sleeping in our porch for a few days. She had obviously been a family pet, very tame and very friendly Sadly though she had obviously living wild for a some time as she was very thin. Our vet checked her over but she was not chipped.

We put up posters in all of the local shops and also at 3 local vets but sadly her family did not get in touch. We have 3 rescue cats and she was terried of our three - I dont think she had much to worry about with Ronnie and Treacle but Sophie is very combatic, very territorial and very possessive of her Dad.

Sadly though and with it dropping to minus 5 overnight we had to take her to the local RSPCA cat rescue place this afternoon. Although they only really take in sick and injured but she was deemed skinny enough to be admitted especially in view of the weather conditions.

Feeling very upset about it, we have always managed to take in whatever walk bys come in our direction but with three now we really are at capacity.

At least though she will be warm and well fed and no in any imminent danger now and hopefully before long she will have a new family to love her.

mhoc she will be cared for in the RSPCA and with any luck her family will find her. I wouldn't get upset least you knew Sophie wouldn't have her in the house . :A

You've done the best you could for her. A friend of mine introduced a fourth into her established gang of three and it didn't work, it just stressed her original cats so much that the newbie had to be re-homed, and even then her three cats took weeks to resettle.

I sensed in the bits that I read yesterday that you were really struggling . You are very brave and very strong. You are such a big part of this thread and it should be all about you when you are feeling so low in these unbearable circumstances. We are all here to help if we can. I'm so glad it helps you a little to read what everyone's up to, any distraction is a good thing. Keep taking the small steps LEJC it's lovely to see you keep popping in <3 xxx

yep..I got some too...the box they were in was very big for the contents,,,I rather like the dispensers too,but I guess they have to make them look slightly different to the toilet wipes otherwise we could become easily mistaken.
