First attempt at soup in my new gadget was a disaster
It kept cutting off
I ended up ringing Morphy Richards and lady said if you underfill or overfill  it will be burnt on the bottom and will cut off.
I tipped it out and put into a pan normal way I do it and its nearly ready
Jug thing I tipped stuff out of was burnt on its bum  its now soaking :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Will have to be more careful next time I try it.

Tweets I've just looked on the MR website for the soup maker things....it looks a bit like a kettle...but £99 that's quite a hefty price for something that makes soup and smoothies
I have quite an old kenwood smoothie maker that also seems to blend soup...can't recall how much it was but it wouldn't have been that expensive
Is that the type of thing you're testing?frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

In nearly 3 years it is not damaged, not faded, we have never ever put sand on it. As for leaves on it I just pick them up but there are not many. And I've 2 children under 4. Not one incident or paper cut on them. I love it.
I would recommend it.
Mind you she moved soon after due to horrendous neighbours :eek:0 -

Yes that's very similar.
On Amazon they are £50 - £60
First time using I am not impressed.
They sent a bag soya beans with it so I can make soya milk in it . Never tasted soya milk but will make it so I can say I have tested it and used the beans0 -

I think there's a kennel collection box in my local morries that would benefit.

Not really much going on other than speeding down the treadmill of life at an alarming speed whilst juggling several things in the air at once and getting nothing done effectively or at least to my standard. ..feels like it today anyway.0 -
