A relative of mine suffers from panic attacks so doesn't use lifts. Simple really. Keeps her fit too.0 -

No big deal was made of it because it didn't warrant it. 20 minutes stuck in a lift because of a breakdown is a minor inconvenience. The OP was 'freed' promptly.0
