You work for them? They've been got at by a scumbag PPC then, don't tell us, ParkingEye? That'll drive away the Premier Inn clients sharpish, no repeat business then once people get a threatening PCN and maybe a court claim. Be careful what you wish for, dumb Hotels & retailers.

To the OP - I wouldn't be parking there any more.
Not sure the comment you replied to C-M is factually correct.
It stated Prem Inn 'now' charge.
    They don't
Just the odd one and usually in city centres. The vast majority - 90%+ ?? are free parking.
  • Premier Inn have always asked me to enter the registration of the vehicle - plus my nationality and for me to sign the little form. Very few PInns have charged me for parking and I stay at many Premier Inns in the course of a year. I tend not to stay at motorway hotels as these are subject to the silly rules of a PPC

Those Premier Inns that do charge are upfront about it on the website and the only difficulty I've had is at Birmingham NEC where the reaction of the lady behind the desk suggested it was not a new problem.
  • We use Premier Inns a few times a year, mainly visiting the London area obviously taking into account the whole cost of the stay we check for any parking charges and if cheaper choose one that doesn't charge.

The only one we have regularly stayed at that charges for parking is the one on Bath Road near Heathrow Airport.

Usually it is just a case of giving your reg. number at check in.

It's not the fees to park, it's the penalties we have a problem with, if they use a scammer PPC.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is normal in all hotels & nothing to do with a whitelist for PPCs. It enables them to contact you if you leave your lights on etc.
