    Happy Monday!!

Had a few more bids on bay stuff, I look forward to adding that to my total possibly tomorrow!
Last week, I am going to try and focus on some surveys to see if I can cash out anything else this month. Good luck all!

I came on the board and read through a load of the posts and was impressed and perhaps a little dumbfounded at the amount of money people have been able to make participating in this challenge. I didn't think It would be possible but I took a few of the steps like downloading Roamler and looked again for eBay items and between the OH and I we've managed to make £180! So thank you for the inspiration! We're saving for a deposit/travelling.

Oh wow!!! That's amazing, wrll done!!!

Oh my god I am furious.

About 2 weeks ago I sent a camera to a buyer via collect+ at his insistence (even though this is super inconvenient for me because the only place I have access to a printer is uni - which I'm at 2 evenings a week only - and then had to walk the parcel to a store a mile away to send it off...)

Anyway it took 4 days (! for a 24 hr service!) to reach the store at the other end for him to collect it. Except the store sent it back because of the "wrong sort of label" (apparently it was a "store to home" not "store to store" even though it was literally addressed to the store and there were no options for different label types)

Problem is, the tracking info hasn't updated since it was delivered to the other store. There's literally no record of them sending it back!

I emailed collect+ on Friday (3 days after the parcel was apparently returned) and they got back to me today saying they can't investigate - even though they have the tracking number - because they can't verify the label with eBay! Telling me to contact eBay for help, as if they're going to be able to tell me what a courier has done with a £50 parcel :eyeroll:

Such a farce. This is exactly why I don't use couriers. I've never had one that wasn't completely f*** useless.

Turns out they're part of Y*del. HUGE surprise.

Anyway now I'm going to have to fight them tooth and nail for refund which they probably won't give because they "can't investigate" and it was delivered (just, you know, apparently returned) so that's fab. It's fine, guys. Not worth £50 or anything. I can totally afford to just flush that down the toilet.

so sorry Lex :( not good but here is someone you can escalate your complaint to and get them to trace the parcel asap or refund you.

sounds to me like the shop has kept it and claimed to have sent it back
