Belated birthday greetings VAL, lovely pressies, enjoy your shopping trips today and tomorrow, I must look up that Essie NP, colour sounds lovely, won't be buying though, Essie does not seem to suit my chemistry too well:( I have had eczema on my hands again (not had it for a long time) and NP remover really makes it flare so badly, so just a quick coat of Nail Envy for me, getting fed up with it now
, cannot really afford to go to salon though, I have an osteo appointment and a massage to pay for this week.
Sun shining here, and OH taking me out for lunch on the strength of a little (very little) premium bond win:j:j
My DD gets eczema and at one time it was really, really bad on her fingers and wrists, we used the body shop shea hand wash because it is soap free and we found it very good, we also use Eucerin Aquaphor and that works well too, it is thick and like vaseline but it forms a good barrier.
Hope you enjoy your lunch.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

12. Kylie Minogue Darling Silky Body Lotion. The lotion is nice but sometimes the scent can be overwhelming. I'm not going to buy any perfumes with lotions anymore (hopefully fingers crossed).
I love the Darling set but I'm finding the smell of the perfume can be overwhelming (loved it when I first bought it 4 years ago and have used up 2 bottle so far).
I've just got half of a 30ml one left that I hope stretches me out for a few months because I'm going to be clueless as to what to buy...especially since I dont wear perfume as much as I used to.0 -
1 UU Shea and Rosehip body Butter. WBA, I got it from a site when I got a facial peel, so probably wouldn't go to the effort to buy it on it's own, but if I was getting something else would repurchase. Really thick and moisturising so a little went a long way!No more goo hoarding!

Ok I've been naughty and have quite a few IN's
But I'm really excited about them, sorry!
I ordered the You Beauty special Elemis box, as it was such a good deal - one of those boxes where I genuinely wanted and knew I loved almost everything in it! for £25. BUT as postage was another £4.95 for non-subscribers, I rejoined the monthly subscription thing for £6.95 instead and ordered a monthly box too, figuring it was only an extra £2The postie just dropped both off, and I love them!
Elemis box:
- Papaya Enzyme Peel (50ml)
- Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (30ml)
- Gentle Rose Exfoliator (15ml)
- Frangipani Monoi Body Cream (50ml) (My HG body cream, but too expensive for me to normally buy it!)
- Nourishing Omega Rich Cleansing Oil (50ml)
- Japanese Camellia Body Oil Blend (30ml)
Plus a card for a free 15min taster treatment at one of their counters, and a £10 off voucher for their website
And the monthly box (I've already cancelled the subscription again)
Requested:
- dr. organic Bio-Plasma Mud Mask, full size
- Nip+Fab Body slim fix lotion, 45ml
Bonuses:
- Vita liberata self tanning night moisture mask, 10ml
- Philip Kingsley Elasticizer, new scent version, 40ml (A HG product for me, very pleased!)
- 2 large sachets of Real Techniques brush cleansing gel
I'm very impressed and will def use all of the above! So I'm actually rather unrepentant about that spend, sorry:rotfl:

A UU : 1.5fl oz sized tube of Gilchrist & Soames shampoo. This is the last of the freebies brought home from a cruise in 2014. WNB as it leaves my hair frizzy. Used it over my weekend away.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Some lovely items there. I'm using the Papaya Enzyme peel at the mo and PCMC is a HG for me. I have a few items I'm using at the mo that featured in beauty boxes and am impressed by them : Absolution make up remover, Mario Bedescu glycol ice acid toner and Oke Henrickson vitamin c serum.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. The Papaya Enzyme peel is my absolute favourite mask - leaves my skin so clear and polished! I'm a big fan of the PCMC too - but still deciding which I prefer between it, Clinique DDML, and Organic Surge day cream
Oooh, those sound like nice things to try! Will keep an eye out for those, especially the vit c serum...0 -
I can't believe we're half way through the month already!
Haven't made a huge dent on my PP - need to get cracking!
Also don't think I've really made a dent in anything this month, got lots of things almost empty but they seem to be lasting forever!abbe89 wrote:[STRIKE]- No7 face cream (not much left in this, so a bit of a quick win!)[/STRIKE]
- 3 x mini body butters (the size you get in gift sets - haven't selected specific ones but aim to get through 3)
- 3 x hotel/gift set sized shower gels (again, not being specific on which ones!) - I've finished 2 so almost there!
- 4 x biore nose/face strips - 3 used so far
- Boots Botanics hand cream
- Joules Hand scrub0 -
I am shocked on who much stuff I still have..... for saying I have only bought on things since joining this thread (childrens shampoo for my dd - she moaned as she kept telling me they would sell out if I didn't buy it NOW but I made her wait till her old one was finished :-) ) Loads of the shower gels gone.
I even put a smellies gift set in the charity shop bag (having a mega clear out of finances, toiletries and crap I hoard !) I know I will never use this set and if it got opened and put in the baskets in the bathroom it would just languish there for years - so its going to a good home!
Love reading everyone else's posts xDebt free May 2016 (without the support of MSE forum users that would never have been possible - thank you all)0
