Thank you, it was what kickstarted me into using my original stash. I like yours too,
I was a longstanding fan of Erma Bombeck, who was a wonderfully funny woman, but oh, that piece of writing from her was so poignant.

Today my Beauty Recommended review bag of goodies arrived as well...!
Had I been psychic and known that L'Oreal, Garnier and Maybelline were going to put so much on offer on Az, (and I didn't accept everything I was offered by any means) I may have had second thoughts about applying for Beauty Recommended.
Will detail the NBI's when I've had a Proper Look.

Out of Eden shampoo & conditioner mini- Wnba this was a sample size hotel freebie it was ok but not something I'd go out and buy. Fine for after swimming though, it did the job.

Garnier ultimate blends colour illuminator shampoo sachet - Wmba but I think I've had the full size and didn't get on with it. Pretty sure this made my hair dry. Might try it again though.

Garnier ultimate blends colour illuminator conditioner sachet- Wmba with the above as a full size but again I think it dried out my hair last time I had this, and the conditioner was quite watery in consistency.

One IN today too, from poundstretcher when popped in with mum today. I have a shampoo in stash that doesn't have a conditioner to go with it, so I bought an elvive one (white and green bottle not sure which big it smelled nice) and only a pound so got it to use with the shampoo in stash.

I have been stupid and after using a variety of Retinol skin care over the last year have moved onto a stronger one. Instead of applying it a couple of times a week and gradually building up the usage I have used it 3 days consecutively. My face really does not like me especially the skin around my eyes and nose. Lesson learnt.

26) rough with the smooth sugar scrub WBA I love the scent but don't find it stays on my skin. This was finished a little earlier than planned as I managed to knock it off the side into the bath so lost about half. Still have one left in stash.

27) clarion hair conditioner in honey WNBA bought these on offer in pound world (3 for £1) so I bought 6. I find the conditioner a bit too light for my hair but will continue to use them up.

28) snail bee high content steam cream WNBA I found this too rich for my face so have used it as hand/ foot cream to use it up.

29) skin food black sugar cleansing oil WBA I have another bottle of this to use. It strips makeup off well including waterproof, it quick and easy to use and does not bother my eyes. I am not a fan of the scent which is meant to me lemon but smells to me like a toilet cleaner. I been using this since June, I have used other products along the way but it lasts forever.

30) dashing Santa bath ballistic WMBA bought these at half price, nice enough but would not buy at full price as there are others that I prefer.

31) nature republic natural vitamin facial mist in vitamin C WNBA okay but just that, did not wow me.

32) leaders sheet mask in moisturising WBA lovely and drenched in essence, fit we'll, not over scented and moisturising.

E45 Nourish & Restore Body Lotion - WBA and have another in the stash already, this is a really nice product, very moisturising and easy to rub in.

I repainted my nails last night, toes in Leighton Denny Hanky Panky and fingers in OPI I Don't give a rotterdam.

UU's have been slow going this month! Also I've been so busy, I've not really had time to check in the thread

Anyway, I do have a couple of UU's to declare, bit I'm not sure what I've declared in the thread, so need to read back before I post them.

Also, my Cohorted Box arrived the other day, and had some skincare products in it that I need to declare, so I need to grab that and update my spreadsheet.

A few items are nearly gone, so hoping that I will have some more UU's to declare over the next few days

Sanctuary Spa Body Lotion 75ml - I got this as part of a gift set for Christmas. I liked the scent and might buy it if I see it but I have lots of moisturisers to use up for the time being.
Tiama Flaire Body Fragrance 75ml- This was a spray I bought when I away somewhere and hadn't brought a body spray with me. The scent was nice enough but I won't be tempted to buy again.I prefer Impulse sprays.
Avon Premiere Luxe EDP perfume sample 30g - I thought this was a nice perfume which I'd be happy to buy if I needed it, although it would need topping up every few hours.

I bought a couple of skincare items at Superdrug as they had a deal on - buy two skincare items and get a Patisserie de Bain gift set free. So I ended up with:

9. Vaseline Lip Therapy Rosy Lips. Not sure how I feel about this. It took me ages to finish it.

10. B Makeup Brush Cleanser. This product has been raved about but its not all that for me. I'd rather wash my brushes and keep some extra.


11. Dior Homme for men perfume sample. Used it as an air freshener. Was quite strong. Wouldnt buy it for a male.

1.Next velvet bloom sample. This is very strong too and really didnt like it.

2. Maybelline brow Mascara. I feel like this is dry and doesnt do my eyebrow any favours.

One of my so eco brushes has started shedding. Its brand new... not sure if it's the quality as my sister has the same brush and its also started shedding.

Nice fragrance but nothing particularly special

Bought in Morocco so unlikely to be there to pick up more. It is good as a body oil though!
