I would love to help but this took me until thread 5 to figure out what your thread was about.
Maybe rather than a long post, think about just asking a question/make a statement.
eg - 'takes a long time to get a refund.' or 'how long does it take a bank to do a refund?'
PS - I still have no idea what type of refund you are expecting on Tuesday.
