With drop-in sessions all day on Mondays and Wednesdays. You can call them at other times on:

    0844 826 9699
Beware the premium 0844 number could rinse your phone bill at around 16p-18p per minute from landlines or 51p-52p per minute from mobiles.

If you're going to call CAB for advice, find one with an inclusive or geographic rate 01, 02 or 03 number.

    Thanks for the heads up.

According to SayNoTo0870 a geographic number for Whitechapel CAB is 020 7247 1050
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
