  • Congratulations tg99. That's close to the estimated 12 weeks.

My Nationwide CB is still stuck at Confirmed since end July 2015 and all TCB do is give me bland reassurances that they are trying very hard to sort it (since my first support ticket was raised last December).

No idea what they are actually doing, if anything.

Opened a FlexPlus account and the cashback tracked on 12 September, it has just gone to payable today!
  • I have asked TCB why they continue to feature Nationwide knowing full well that the cashback is being so delayed.

They refuse to specifically answer this.

I've received cashback for opening Nationwide FlexDirect accounts 3 times. Each was paid within a few months. No issues.

August for me and confirmed, only £35. Thought it could of been a condition of keeping account open for three months. But this has passed anyway. :(

  • I've been waiting six months for cashback from Natonwide with the payment being Confirmed shortly after opening a current account.

Estimate is 12 weeks to pay out, its now been 26 weeks and no sign of any payment.

All TCB do is say they are waiting for the cash, to pass it on to me. I don't get any sense TCB are actually doing anything to chase it up.

I know its not guaranteed but what's the point of Nationwide making offers through TCB when they don't seem to want to honour the bargain? What are they waiting for?!

I think I will contact Nationwide directly which TCB told me not to do but really what have I got to lose, apart from £84.

Good news, my cashback has become Payable at last.

Just shy of 7 months as Confirmed, no idea what the glitch was but there must have been one as other Nationwide CB became payable in between times;)

I received mine today too, £78.75 for a Nationwide account opened in July - I received the £100 RAF incentive long ago. Am still waiting for cashback via TCB for a Co-op account I opened in June though!
