Spent ages getting signed onto this last night, only to discover my gym is only available as a check-in to premium users.0

That move app is an eye opener, it times your car journeys, and when I walked around b& q, but not the walji g I done around our land... The thing is I was digging and raking over the greenhouse beds which got me out of puff lol..so maybe a fitbit will help me work out how many cals ibam burning etc..
So according to move I have only done 664 steps:rotfl:
If nothing else it's making me more aware of things. So from a fitness/ get me more active its def going to work!!Work to live= not live to work0 -
Just wondered if anyone can work out whether it's worth me upgrading my sons' Bounts accounts. They each do about 15k steps per day on school days, plus a long bike ride (10-20 miles) once a fortnight or so. One of them also runs about once a week.
They both have fitness trackers, but haven't been through the process of signing them up yet so I don't know if they are compatible. Feels like they do enough exercise to make premium worthwhile, but not sure???0 -
i have upgraded to premium plus , more for motivation than anything, its valid for 3 years the package i got (lets hope i live that long)0

Here is another one going to sign up the premium plus once my introductory 2 weeks is up. Signed up to mapmyfitness and that has solved my activities problem.
The app is really motivating me to do more exercise and walking and getting a few pounds back in the process is a no brainer.:D:D:D

I like it as a concept but it doesn't work properly for me. I have it linked with my vivofit and it doesn't record steps properly, it's always loads more than I've done it said Friday I'd done 42000 when I'd done about 14000. Also it checks me on at a Pilates class every day which I don't go to! It's checked me in at a clinic too one that I've never heard of!
Sticking with it though whilst these issues get ironed out and as its in my favour points wise I'm not exactly complaining0 -

42000? are you sure its not vivofit that is giving wrong info and not the bounts?Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

No vivofit is right both on the device and the app. Its wierd isnt it.
Just checking yesterday vivovit device and garmin app both said 14500 steps, bounts says 17464. Today was a lazy day vivofit device says 8859 and garmin connect app says the same. Bounts doesnt update straight away but I will check tomorrow see what it says.
Im wondering if somehow bounts has connected to the wrong persons garmin account (although I obviously gave them my login and password) maybe someone training for a marathon?
edited : also checked my mobile which has recorded 8900 steps today too so it looks like the vivofit is accurate.0 -
How bizarre!! Well at least its in your favour and not the other way round.
Not sure how you would get bounts to check. You could send them a mail?Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

Yes I was thinking when I get time I will drop them a email, just not motivated as its bound to end up a massive pain for me, sorting these things usually do.
Yesterday recorded over 12000 on bounds and 5 points on rewards wheel which I'm sure I didn't get! It really is bonkers, maybe it's just with the new sign ups after the MSE newsletter it can't handle it. I'm thinking it will settle down in a few weeks and if it hasn't I will email.0
