  • Figures have come back for the business accounts and money has now been transferred out. The bills account is now replenished. I did a large TT on the bills account and transferred 702.76 to the ISA (this included some expenses too from the business).
The £25 from SB also was available last night so that was shuffled over too.

DH has been busy fencing up the yard these past couple days, so our other field is now ready to move the horses into (spring grass means less hay to feed). Will probably do this Saturday. Hoping to start getting another pony fit to sell as well at the weekend.
Beef and Ale pie tonight from the menu plan, with the beef cooked in the slow cooker. A nice and easy dinner as also have visiting of a reli out the hospital planned for tonight too.
  • Is selling something you do to make money?
I am dreaming of a 12.2 dapple grey welsh sec B for DD2.
  • lol definitely not SHS! At the start of the winter I had 4 ponies 11hh - 12.2 all outgrown by DDs many years ago. I've just been very rubbish at selling them on, something I should have done about 5 yrs ago so time to get my a**se in gear. 1 down 3 to go!!! No dapple greys welshies I'm afraid.
  • Any first ponies?
  • Will PM you tonight SHS
  • This weekend is going too fast!!

I thought I had an easy weekend lined up and had planned to get a couple things photographed for fleabay. Looking like that won't happen again :(

Lots of extra work has come in, so at least it will bring in money in the long run :D
I've started chasing overdue invoices and sending out ones that hadn't been sent out yet, so that should generate more money too.

We went visiting reli in hospital, so easy dinner of chicken casserole in the slow cooker to come home too, lots left over too.

In other money saving news I went to enter an event in May that I planned to go to and realised it clashed with something I've already booked, so entry fee saved!

I'm thinking that it might be better to top up the S123 account to the max for the best savings rate instead of shuffling money over to the ISA, I'm just worried of losing track of it as it is my main bills account. I know I could track it on my SS, so why the irrational fear?! I need to give myself a stern speaking to!
  • Well that's another weekend over. I think I might have done a bit too much as I was falling asleep when DD came over for dinner last night.

Lots of business work done and all up to date with sending out invoices, so hopefully some of those will be paid over the next couple of days.

The fridge has been checked for use by dates and meal plan jiggled appropriately.

My spreadsheet has also been updated to be able to track (and tie into the calculations) any saving money in the 123 account.
  • Half way through the week and things are pretty quiet, no money to shuffle around :(

CP & SB done and ticking along nicely. Had a refund from fleabay for a broken item I had bought as a gift for DD, although the money hasn't actully left my account so not sure I can say it's a real refund! It does mean I need to find a replacement at some point as they are now out of stock from that seller.

I've hit the 10000 step goal plus every day since Saturday due to pony walking, which doesn't happen usually when I'm working due to a sedentary job. I love the lighter evenings :D
  • Well done on 10000 steps everyday, I am loving the lighter evenings too. We are at that mid month quiet time too, and it feels like nothings moving, i am trying not to wish away the days!
