    My guess is the OP manipulated an offer Boots had on leading up to Christmas and ordered multiple amounts of an item and Boots declined to supply.

    Yes you could be right but why all this fuss, why not just accept the OP couldn't have x amount and leave it as that.

    I suspect Stefano Pessina has told the OP that while he takes her complaint very seriously, he is 75 years old and feels there is little he can do to resolve her problem.
