Boots complaint

What do you actually want from Boots as that might give people an idea how they can help you.
You don't want to give details of the complaint but are you after one of the following?
1) An apology
2) A Boots policy change
3) Compensation
4) An item refunded/returned
5) Someone at boots disciplined
Without some details of what you want its going to be hard to point to the right person externally to help you.0 -

I contacted the CEO because my complaint was completely being ignored at every other level.
The reason I'm being ignored is that every point I make is completely valid.
The outrageous behaviour of their bullying store manager backed up by their Customer Service senior manager is quite frankly breathtaking.
If a "Bootser" means do I do my entire Christmas shopping at Boots then the answer is yes.
If it means do you buy and sell on at a profit Ie eBay then the answer is most definitely not.
Then quite simply shop elsewhere if you do not like the service as you cannot force a Company to bow down to you and address an issue that you believe exists, If they have said no then you need to learn to comprehend what no to your complaint or upholding your complaint means.
And the giving no info will hardly strengthen your case either, I think that you seeking to gain reward from using bullying tactics aimed at Boots here and as they will not give in to you then you are kicking off all the more which does seem to be the done thing these days, Time to move on and stop making a situation out of something that does not warrant it.0 -

Has anyone else had a similar problem....?
I can't go into detail of my complaint
I'm not going to say what it is either.0 -
Some guesses:
- problem with a member of staff
- problem with a security guard
- problem with the pharmacy
- problem with the opticians
- faulty item purchased
- problem with loyalty card
- injury in store

I am appalled, appalled I tell you!
I went into Boots expecting to find Wellingtons, Doctor Martins and thigh high leather boots. They didn't stock any of these.

No. If you'd asked them they'd probably have showed you where they keep those surgical boots that keep your foot immobilised.0 -
Will immobilising surgical boots make me look fetching? I have a hot date this Friday and want to make an impression."The problem with Internet quotes is that you can't always depend on their accuracy" - Abraham Lincoln, 18640
