I am fully aware of that. Your reply does not address the original question.bristolleedsfan wrote: »payable on anniversary of account opening.

My anniversary was yesterday. I'll try and pop in tomorrow and have the book made up. Will let you know how I get on.0

If you register for online access, there's no need to visit a branch or agency.0

I didn't think you could register this account (a passbook one)? I've looked but haven't found that facility on their websitesteady__eddie wrote: »If you register for online access, there's no need to visit a branch or agency.

[strike]I think you might need existing online access (via an Internet Saver, e-ISA, offset mortgage, or the like) to be able to 'tag on' the regular saver.[/strike]I didn't think you could register this account (a passbook one)? I've looked but haven't found that facility on their website
Please ignore. See post #8 below.

I have recently registered for online access, and I only have the regular saver and a 30 day access passbook account. So it is possible, I did it after seeing another posting about this, it was very hard to find the right bit to register online and they sent an access code before it would actually work, but that came very quickly.0

What can you do online? Can you just view the balance or can you view a statement, set up payments etc?
Thanks

The regular saver online functions are very basic. In addition to a summary screen (showing account number, balance, etc), there are only two options...What can you do online? Can you just view the balance or can you view a statement, set up payments etc?
Search transactions - search all, within dates, since last statement, etc
View statement(s) - arranged as Q1, Q2, Q3 etc
It is possible to transfer money online from a YBS Internet Saver, for example, into the regular saver (which is what I do each month), but you cannot transfer out of the regular saver online.0
