*collapse in heap in the corner*

I stripped my bed and got out clean bedding so OH can do that when he gets home.. I also have potatoes for *anyone* to peel.. so long as its not me I don't care who does it.

I'm going to crawl and make a cuppa, knit some sleeve and get round to dinner when I do.

I'm having trouble with a real butterfly brain since lunch.
Have put away a few things in lounge/dining room.
Done a bit more of a report.
Been through a few more flagged emails.
Continued to trawl through old emails and delete unnecessary ones.

It's got very grey and windy now so I've just put the heating on.
Will be an effort to go to the new gym this eve!
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

We are home after the school run and just had a slice of homemade cake. It was yum, if not slightly over cooked! I had walnuts and choc chips that needed using up do I made Paul holly woods banana, walnut and chocolate loaf. Boys ate it but picked all the walnuts out and said 'yuk! Next time don't put them in!' Nice that my efforts are appreciated! Lol! I wouldn't be surprised it OH says the same!

Had a lovely lunch with OH, who suggested we make it a regular thing whilst I'm on maternity leave and ds1 and ds2 are at school!

Fil is back from his 6 weeks in America. I went to pick up his Christmas presents that didn't fit so I could send them back to find out that he took all the tags off before trying them on and realising they didn't fit! Men! He seemed surprised that that wasn't normal!
Carpet shop visited and swatches bought home for OH to look at!

I'm in. Thank you for the threads Ladies x

Living room window cleaned outside and cat prints removed from sills.

    Ground floor henried

    Towels washed and td

Jumper driven to school. Ds2 brought it home this evening unworn (waste of time)

Hair dyed by junior as hairdresser on holiday. I think it is ok.

Got a bit wound up by fence people next door as I now have a broken bit. Got called out later to see if there was a problem. Fence man turns out to be neighbours father. I felt a bit mean but I explained that although our fence is in poor condition I was hoping to wait for better weather to replace it. (Also don't really want a new one damaging by the large pup of a scary breed they have. Apparently dog isn't staying for much longer) We have cleared the air so all is well in dance land.

Have a Wolfy (((HUG))); I'm not surprised you're struggling, life has been less than kind to you of late. Shame I'm not close enough to take the woofers for you for a bit.

    - answered phone to someone trying to convince me there was a problem with my computer and told him "You're a scam; bu**er off" which I shouldn't feel proud about, but gave me immense satisfaction!!
In view of your previous post, re what happened to your Mum, I'm surprised you were so restrained.;) I think people who do that sort of thing should have to suffer the kind of problems they cause others - times 10.

I'm in as much as looking after the Princesses allows. They're not super-shedders, but both are long-haired, and need to be groomed daily. Pandora dislikes being combed, and has to be bribed with bits of jerky, Patsy loves it and demands you do some more - lots more - when you've already taken out every tangle in her coat.:D

The new pc has arrived, so I predict a fun evening getting that set up.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
