    Utterly deserved!!

He always has that guilty expression. He is so naughty and not very bright.. Lord knows how they train these things to be guide dogs and the like.. he is absolutely thick as pig droppings! A total moron.

Well done biscuit, lol :) I can see the pic too :)

They didn't want steak in the end. But I made them have it <insert maniacal laughter> I've even managed to eat some myself, on the other side.

They are having a homework half hour now. DS is doing fractions and DD is doing rhyming words and "one less than" - as this is what they are doing next week at school <rollseyes> of course she "already know this mum" and just told me what two less and three less is as well, for her numbers to 10. Lordy she must be infuriating:rotfl: actually school is holding a learning meeting for parents soon so I'm going to ask what they are doing with her...

We are just rhyming with mitten and DD said "written" when I was expecting "kitten" - DS said "smitten" - then said "I'm sometimes smitten with you.... And sometimes, not!" :rotfl:

I've washed my bedding from yesterday and set DW going after dinner and all wiped round. Need to sweep LR rug, actually, DS can, he was eating crackers...

  • Hi all

Bit of a strange day. Found out that things are happening at work that will affect me and not sure if its a good thing or not. Bit preoccupied by it all.

Glad you are well enough to send us a quick post CY. Hugs.

    Will catch up properly tomorrow.

CY lovely to see you're back home now; be sure to rest as much as you possibly can won't you.

Bossy your little ones sound so cute and make me smile! Hope you enjoyed your takeaway.

Biscuit monster lovely picture of your dog and Pigpen your DDs dog does look guilty!

Yorkshirelass I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry too much about work.

Dancemum I hope you don't get the lurgy too; there's so much around.

We had a lovely walk this afternoon - very windy but lovely and clear and we could see for miles. On the way back J surprised me as suggested we buy some takeaway so we had Chinese - it was lovely! Going to sit down and knit plus watch Luther with J now. Already in PJs as had a shower not long ago so all snuggly and warm.

Evening all! Sorry it's taken So long to log on today!

Valli- happy birthday to your dd.

Mumto2- lovely hat. Well done you- very clever!

CY- glad to hear from you. Hope you are getting lots of rest.

Well, I had a rubbish nights sleep so hubby brought me a cup of tea in bed which was lovely and we didn't get up until 9.30!!!!
Then had a lazy morning pootling around doing jobs. Did an hour or so of ironing, stripped and washed the beds etc and then went out and ran some errands. New bathroom floor and stairs carpet ordered to be fitted in April (when we have decorated!!) also did a tip run! Wanted to get the car cleaned but it was getting late so headed straight home. Tonight we have tidied up and mopped the floor! And I have written a meal plan and shopping list for the week

    To carry over for tomorrow-

    Wipe down baby swing
    Sort out shoes
Wipe down skirting boards downstairs done hall and family room. Just need to do dining room!

Wednesday - Master bedroom and s&s
Bedroom clearance: clear the floordrobe, tops of drawers, windowsills etc.
S&S the downstairs sink and loo
    Shine your kitchen sink
    Clean bathroom sinks
    Clean bathroom toilets.
    Shopping
    Get car cleaned.
    Fit new car seats..

Weekend off. I've spring cleaned the kitchen and done a zillion loads of washing. Ive managed to book most of half term off work. DH has a stupid amount of holiday to take and is off as well. We have decided the kitchen diner and HSL need painting. B+q have discontinued a premium paint brand so we are buying paint tomorrow. My deep clean today has prepped everything. I wish HT was next week because it will need doing again before we start.

Bed calls me, we are all out early, in different directions for football and hockey tomorrow.
