    Afternoon all.

Mumof2 - Well done! Love it.

    Thoughts with MSD's family

Its a sunny yet very windy day so I have some laundry blowing on the line. Each item has double the usual amount of pegs on it just to be safe. DD has taken Zack for a walk and is now doing homework. My plan is to get lots of jobs done so I'm bringing over my left over personal list from last week and adding it on to this weeks along with some other bits and pieces. I am loosing the extras from this week though unless I add them to level 3 as they need doing :p

    Personal:
    Set up & organise planners
    Sort stickers (1cm square)
    Ironing
New Cold Callers sign for the door.
Demould hall (incl front door), livingroom, kitchen :(
Wash livingroom curtains, my quilt, DD's quilt,
    Iron blinds
HB form - call monday to confirm info needed.
Review Jan budget and adjust Feb budget
    Box up charity donations
    Sort through purse.
Chase DD to clean her shoes with polish not just quickshine
    Email

    Wash the windows
Polish any mirrors or glass-covered pics
    Level 3
Wipe or spot clean the sofas / chairs as needed

Tuesday - kitchen and dining room
    Level 1

Wipe down the cupboard fronts, including kickboards, and get those door handles hygienically clean!
    Wipe down your large appliances.
    Level 2
Clear a hotspot, is the under sink cupboard ready to topple out on you if the door opens?
    Clean fridge & juggle freezer
    Level 3
To the cooker - give the hob a good shine!
And the oven too, if you've any steam left!
    Mop the floor
    Wash a window

Wednesday - Master bedroom and s&s
    Level 1

Bedroom unfluffling: dust and deweb all your lovely clear surfaces, and Hoover up all that fluff. Get the nozzle out and tackle your edges, corners, skirting and behind anything you can safely reach.
Wipe over light switches and door handles.
    Level 2
Shine your kitchen sink and S&S the work tops
    Level 3
Half term plans - I'm working but dentist appointment is booked. Need to look at anything else to do.
Mend something - a tear or re-attach buttons or something
Find 5 things to donate to charity.

    Thursday - Kids rooms
    Level 1

Spend 20mins clearing, floor, table, bed, your choice, just do it!
    Level 2

Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    Afternoon all. Lovely pictures.

I am sooo tired, another night up with a poorly LittleyDog who is fine now. She eventually went to sleep at 4am so I grabbed about 3 hours sleep. So I am amazed at what I have achieved so far today, mainly catching up on jobs I should have done over the last couple of days:

    Walked dogs
Sorted out clothes on airer and done ironing
    Sorted paperwork/bills etc
    Hoovered through
Kept up with washing up and feeding duties.

Next is dog grooming. We'll have another walk later, weather dependent. Sunny now but very windy and we've had hail today.

Hope everyone is having a great day.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Just waving to say hello.

Came out of hospital last night. Was beyond exhausted when I got home.

    Hope everyone is well...
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
  • cy lovely to see you, take it steady xx

I got my bum in gear and did this:

    Worktops cleared and wiped
    Table ditto
    Dw on
    Bed stripped and in wm
    Hearth hoovered
    Kids thrown in bath
    Hhi
Children told in no uncertain terms that I will be hoovering and dusting their room after tea so I'd better be able to see the floor and surfaces.
    Lunch made

After lunch walking dog in the snow. See you later x

    Glad you're home CY.

Nothing more achieved here, just dog grooming and reading the paper and doing puzzles to keep the brain active.

Straight to bed please CY - lots of rest and let someone else do the running around and looking after :) good to hear from you though xxx

We went out after ballet. DS is not a happy bunny. I don't think he knows why. Tiredness and not eating well I think. We had lunch out (happily they had soup for me, which was v nice) but I've just done them sandwiches and we have some steak and veg and new pots for tonight.

Drove home in a blizzard, lol, doesn't seem to be settling and although it's very cold it's supposed to be back to 10deg tomorrow. But it's very dark at the mo.

Just stuck a wash on and made a cuppa. And out the heating on ;)

I'll be in my pjs by 4pm haha. We might have a homework half-hour.

 to CY. Rest, rest and more rest, please.

    Today I have
    - been to GP for repeat prescription
    - called in at pharmacy
    - done general S&S
    - cooked lunch
    - cooked soup and roulade, prepared meat (now in oven) and veg for tonight
    - also made a mini roulade-type cake for DH's birthday tomorrow
    - got down on my hands and knees to clean the kitchen floor, as I thought it needed it; turns out that it wasn't too bad at all :)
    - done monthly finances check  and I'm paying for DH's birthday meal out tomorrow

DH has tidied his man cave and moved his computer in there, permanently :T :j :T, out of the DR :D

Must go and make him (and me) another cuppa, lay the table and boil the potatoes ready for roasting, then we'll be well on the way to having a nice meal with friends at 6.30.

    Catch up later x

    Belated birthday wishes to Valligirl

Love the hat Mumof2 - looks like that'll keep you warm in this rotten wind.
Not that I should complain about the wind, as we were able to put 2 x WM loads out on the whirligig today.:T
I have been really bad this week...

Not much flying done for me, as we say though next week is a new week! I have been doing overtime in work, so not had much time for things at home. Although I did get the OH to pull out the oven today so I could get at all of the things that have fallen behind there over the months (more like years!).

I promise to be better next week :)

Hey - getting the gunk out from behind the oven is some major Flying in my book; well done on that! :o

Good to "see" you CY - Auntie Wolfy says you're to REST now, ok? ;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
  • Back from my dog walk, also did the garden bird watch thing earlier. I think they knew I was doing it and kept a low profile.

Thought I'd share a picture of my doggy, as some of you seemed to be this week. This is my very own black dog, who keeps the unwanted BD at bay. Couldn't get a good photo, she kept moving! Ps this is the first time I have tried to share a picture and it has probably not worked!
