  • Thanks for your help everyone - 3 appeals made to POPLA.

UKPC haven't responded to the 4th appeal we made to them so don't believe there's a great deal we can do with these bar hope it's gone away for good?!

Will keep this post updated with the results from POPLA...

    Thanks again
  • Hi all,

Quick update - Of the 4 tickets issued:

1 x cancelled by UKPC (which I find very odd after taking the other 3 as far as they did).

1 x appeal upheld by POPLA due to the photos of the signs submitted by UKPC were blatantly taken at an indoor car park! Their evidence to POPLA also gave the address of where the car was parked as a retail car park 30miles away from the residential car park where it actually was! Unbelievable.

2 x appeals upheld by POPLA due to no Notice to Keeper being issued by UKPC.

Thank you all once again for your help in taking on these cowboys.

Sweeet! UKPC down by the thick end of £150!

Write this story up, print out however many copies are necessary, and get your daughter to deliver to all her neighbours in the flats.

Well done. Due to the dodgy practice of UKPC and their pictures, you really should report UKPC to the DVLA WITH A COPY to the BPA

Why should you have to put up to with methods to extort money from you with fake and false information. You will be doing a big favour to everyone dealing with these cowboys

And to the Management Agents and the Landlords. The PPC are attempting to interfere with the leaseholders/tenants' "quiet enjoyment" rights, possibly a criminal offence.

    And add in 'vicarious liability'.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

UKPC falsifying evidence again, should be reported again to the BPA, (who will of course bleat on about admin errors) as it happens all the time with these moronic dimwits!
