UKPC Issued Ticket on Residential Site

Thanks.
As they already know the keepers details (had to give that information on the appeal), I'm guessing that sending them a copy of the permit isn't doing any harm as Redx has already said then.
They've kindly(!) given me 21 days to respond, so I may make them wait that long before sending it just to make myself feel better!
Thanks again0 -
Yes you can send them a copy of the permit online (don't waste a stamp on them!) or use this email address which I think still works for UKPC:
appealmoreinfo@ukparkingcontrol.com
May as well make them wait, indeed! They might well fire back the next stalling tactic pretending the keeper 'should' say who was driving! Ignore that one. Eventually the idiots send a rejection letter with POPLA code. Don't hold your breath!
Yes it was that phrase, sorry I misunderstood what you meant there. Glad to hear you haven't jumped when they said jump!I haven't replied as yet (not sure what makes you think I had? Maybe saying 'Which we now have'? What I meant by this is that we now have a permit.)PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Another quick update - I emailed a copy of the permit and have received a wonderful reply - The Appeals Manager himself has personally looked into it and decided that the ticket has been correctly issued. However, in consideration of the details supplied, they have very kindly lowered the price of the parking charge to £15.
Cheeky thieving #@$%&"$
I will now go down the POPLA route and let you know how I get on....0 -
How very wonderful and generous of them! NOT.
Normally someone called Shirley writes back and I think she's allegedly female. Maybe she's the Manager.
Anyway please show us your draft POPLA appeal and make sure that 'no keeper liability' if the first point because they have forgotten the NTK haven't they, just as we planned?! You might even be past day 57 by now seeing as they faffed around with the holding reply first.
Are you doing this x 4?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We've had that response to 2 of the appeals. I only replied to the 3rd one last week as that was when the 21 days (or whatever they stated on it) was up, so I'm expecting the same reply for that one.
I still haven't responded to their letter on the 4th one as it was dated 22nd Feb, so I'll wait until next week.
I'll draft a copy of the POPLA appeal and copy it here tonight.
What's the relevance of the 57 days? Are they void if this date passes? We are on day 67 & 68 of the first 2...
Thanks again for your help0 -
They are saying that their only responsible was for finding the tenant and that any issues with the property etc must go through the landlord.
Rubbish. they usually provide the AST, (kerching), take references, (kerching), take the deposit, (kerching), arrange check ins and check outs, inventories etc, (kerching, kerching) .
If they are members, complain to ARLA

It's relevant to your number one appeal point 'Under Schedule 4 of the POFA 2012, no keeper liability can be established because UKPC have failed to send a Notice to Keeper whcih was required to be served to me by day 57' (or words to that effect seen loads of times, especially on UKPC POPLA appeal threads!).stevewilliams wrote: »What's the relevance of the 57 days? Thanks.
Would a Notice to Keeper be obvious? i.e. have it stated on the letter head?
We have received letters to the keeper (only those that I have mentioned in my previous posts and there is no specific mention of them being a Notice to Keeper). Are they just letters rather than a Notice to Keeper?
Just want to make sure before posting my POPLA appeal here.
Apart from the windscreen issued PCN, these are what we have received so far:
