Beanie we were at home it was a virtual conference 😱😱
My brother is home again - pneumonia again. He’s totally wiped out but can rest better at home. There’s a shadow on his lung that they’re keeping an eye on. Wish I could go and see him 😢
I made an amazing cake yesterday - even if I say so myself🤪 it wasn’t mse or sw friendly but was rather delicious. A Jamie recipe with home made lemon curd which had lemoncello in and home made raspberry sauce. It was for ds birthday. He was very pleased with it....I think I can honestly say it’s one of the tastiest cakes I’ve made for a long time and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. We went around to his house and had a walk along the canal near him then had virtual cake with gks and blew candles out. Then watched a film and had a Chinese which was lovely too.I was surprised how rubbish I felt afterwards though. I was totally done in after standing and holding the cake mixer. I went to bed as soon as we got home about 9 o clock and missed the zoom meeting I was going to do with SW at 9 this morning. I woke up at 9 o clock 😳 I did the 10.30 one instead. I’d put 1lb on which was ok considering what I’d eaten yesterday 😏January spends - £587.581 -
Hope you’re brother is better soon cake sounds delicious1

Glad to hear your brother is home again and hope he gets better soon.I certainly wouldn't be rushing back to work , I will assume that you would be on a phased return anyway so maybe you try that and then decide .I hope you manage to get your accounts sorted in the near future .Enjoy rest of weekend.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3
