Hate having to make scribbled out bits in a new book or diary but it’s usually because I think I know things instead of looking 😂

Just the way I like it Beanie 😂😂😂
We have spent the afternoon looking at finances and making some plans for the future. It’s not often myself and dh sit and talk money and future plans. It’s been a good afternoon.....we have somebody phoning us from the bank on Thursday to talk about accounts so we wanted to be prepared.

Sounds like you’ve been busy planning and sorting. Hope the bank can come up with some decent accounts for you.

We do this every 6 months or so, just sorting out priorities in the house and ideas for holidays and other major expenditures.  All we seem to talk about now though is gifts to the family given it is difficult to spend on anything else. Hope the chat with bank person goes ok.

I needed milk so thought I’d do a proper shop.....£80 later. I think I preferred it when dh was doing and paying for the shopping when I couldn’t get out 😂😂😂. I bought 2 pairs of leggings and a top in that though and it should last us best part of 2 weeks.
I bought the leggings a sizer bigger than I usually wear and they are quite high wasted so I’m hoping they’ll be ok over my latest attachment - the top is flared so fingers crossed it’s decent enough to go out in 😀 I need to be prepared clothes wise if I do go back to work. Most of my old tops finish at my waist but I need a longer line these days 🙄 I need a serious sort out of my wardrobe. There will be a lot I can’t wear anymore.

I haven't worn half of my clothes since last year as I haven't really been anywhere. All my smart work trousers and tops are just there hanging up unworn. At the moment I'm living in jeans, leggings, jumpers and sweatshirts. Same with make-up, hardly wearing it at the moment. When I meet up with my retired friends they keep saying they spend very little on new clothes since they finished work and I can see why.
