I spent yesterday doing paid stuff all day except when Zack took me for a drag/walk to meet DD after club. I only got 1 wash load done as I got so caught up in my work for a changeToday I'm making up for it and I've already washed the sofa cover, my bedroom curtains are in now, then I'm putting my blinds in, then DD's curtains, then the livingroom ones, then I'll get on with the normal washing. Its a bright sunny, dry if a little chilly day so I'm making the most of it and will dry them outside if I can. I have the windows throughout the house open airing the place, the heating set to frost mode so it won't kick in, and I plan to keep moving to stay warm instead of sitting and freezing at my desk
My next job is to demould the bedrooms then into the bathroom. When I took my curtains down there was mould all over the wall and the lining of the curtains. No wonder I can't seem to get rid of it
Now I'm thinking about it I might sling the quilts in to wash as well.
I've woken up full of motivation if you can't tell and I plan on making the most of it:rotfl:

teeeeny tiny food delivery at 11-12.. bear in mind my monthly food shop is about £600.. I've got it down to about £200 because we simply do not have the money to eat!
My mother is refusing to give me the £150 she owes me for the Christmas stuff, so I, in effect, bought her Christmas dinner and my presents.. this year I'm in super-cow mode and she can do it herself.. I am absolutely destitute and she is ripping me off. I will send her links of what to buy and she can pay for it herself!
DS1 is done for Christmas.. I got him a free winter coat (£60 from sportsdirect) and £6.75 (reduced from £15) cooking set with pie dish etc. and I'm knitting him a jumper.. that's him done.. beats the socks and pants he got piles of this year (20/10 repectively) and a ukulele! He absolutes loves the ukulele .

Just got back from an unplanned trip to Mr A (and Mr Al since I was already out
). I bought a 12 pack of their tinned dog food on Monday, DD opened it last night and fed the dog. I fed him this morning and needed to put the rest of the pack on the shelf. I picked up a can only to find the can behind covered in mildew, rust, maggot looking bugs, and blown ready to pop!:eek: Rang the store and took the whole 12 pack back double bagged and with photos taken so the bags didn't need to be opened. Customer service girl had a minor freak and said I could have a straight swap. So I did that then went a wandering to hit the yellow sticker bits. I only spent £5 and £2 of that was on a spare packet of pens for DD!
Then I popped into Mr Al and picked up some bits we needed and tea for tomorrow as well as a tin of Haggis for meDD doesn't like it but I do so she can have something tinned for her tea that night of her choice
But before I went out I put 3 buckets of jeyes fluid water all over the yard as its green and slimy and stankIts just been too wet to do it the past few weeks! I'm going to go and scrub/rinse it in a minute I'm just having some much needed lunch as my tummy was shouting while I was in the shops :rotfl:
Next job after the yard is disinfecting the kitchen with zoflora, then I'll go and deal with the mould in the bedrooms & bathroom. So much for having a highly productive day with lots of not done very often cleaning! :mad:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
