Hugs to all, it reads as if most of us need one.

Pigpen that scarf I made after you suggested the pattern is the Laughingbird scarf pattern on ravelry. Got right to the back of the cupboard this morning and found the one I'd printed off. Not sure if you still need that info or if you've already tracked your pattern down.

Afternoon ladies - been a busy bee today but don't seem to have gotten much done!

Sorry to hear others are having a rough time - got some half-chewed sticks I can chuck about if they're needed, otherwise you'll have to go with virtual hugs.

Nothing much to report - today I am monstrously tired, so going to see if Tiny wants a nap for an hour until Small needs collecting from drama club. You never know, he might snooze...

    Afternoon all

Hope you and whizz recover alright - it's a bit of a shock eh

Thanks for the belated birthday wishes

    Hoping all assessments went ok

I'm a bit fed up with the cold and grey now. I agree that it definitely doesn't help with keeping cheerful and motivated. I'm soo pleased we have our holiday in March to look forward to - but mustn't wish my life away eh.

I've split my day into half-hour chunks today - just for a change - and it's working okay so far. Buzzer just gone off so time to make a move. Going to sort small freezer and fridge now.

Anyone up for HH something ??

Gws vibes, hugs, sticks and spoons for all needing some

Glad to help, I knew it was in the cupboard somewhere

Running to catch up with Lynne, I'll tidy the table I've had a book folding session, the CS gave me some that they were scrapping so I could turn them into hopefully sellable items for their valentines craft fayre.

Did managed to use some paper and ribbons up that were stashed in the cupboard and I found the zip I need to mend Dh work trousers so all in all a good day.
Going to throw stuff in the bm now and hopefully a pizza base will appear in about an hour. That should give me time to tidy.

Thanks for the support Mrs MP - how did you get on ??

    Have sorted small freezer.

Have some white carrier bags and have separated HM and frozen meals into these and written what is in them on the handle. These have been moved into bottom basket in the chest freezer and should help finding things in the future. All HM soup in another labelled carrier in there as well. Bit low on soups so need to crack on later in week and make some more.

Sorted fridge and just a little end of cauli past using - so not too bad - don't like it myself so it won't go in sauce or soup. I still have leeks in bottom of fridge that will be okay and probably some broccoli at end of week- so that's one batch sorted.

Now having a cuppa, with some feta cheese and a pear. Next jobs are batch and freeze the chilli - tubs are ready - and fry some aubergine slices that are sitting in the colander with salt atm.

HM Spicy beef, beans and veggie stew tonight - probably with garlic bread for DH - as feel like something warming. Maybe rice pud after if DH wants some. I'll have fresh fruit and yogurt as usual.

Pizza dough is in the bm, had to make a couple,of phone calls, and decided to UU the rtc sweet potato and butternut squash slices I bought at the weekend so a quick Google search found a recipie for a gratin involving both of those, basically layer them up with seasoning and grated cheese and whack some cream on top. So it that, new pots and veggie sausages for me and Dh. The boys and 'plus one' can have the pizza to share.
Just need to find the table, I've almost reached it.
