I'll still call it Sainsbo's, though, just as I do in conversation.

The "Mature Cheese Salad" from Lidl is excellent. Extremely rich, but delicious, and very more-ish. It's a mayo-based salad with pasta, grated cheese, red peppers and maybe some other veg.
I like the sound of this. Mixed with an iceberg / a couple of bags of Italian salad it sounds like it could make a nice easy lunch for four of us.

Eta: Is it this? If so, it's not quite what I expected.

Out of curiosity, why do people use this sort of annoying baby talk? It's not even as if it's an abbreviation!

Yes, that's the one. Looks from the ingredients that it's red & green peppers and chopped chives.

I think it would work well mixed with other salad. The only issue being that it is very thick, so might take some effort.

To fool the companies search bots.

Personally it's not baby talk to me then again who picks the childish nickname of Doc N!

Just finished the last mini stollen bite from a pack I bought from Aldi before Xmas. They were just the basic Holly Lane ones but very tasty indeed.

It's hard to imagine that such a search bot wouldn't also allow for the 'alternative' names.

I suppose those of us who shop in Waitrose wouldn't dream of giving it a silly name!;)

Disappointed that when I called into Lidl yesterday they had none of the smoked haddock or Piri Piri chicken in their offer.
