Lidl also have the chocolate-covered marzipan bars in various flavours back in stock for Christmas.
So far I have resisted.
Marzipan is fine in small doses: beyond that it becomes pointless.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Never knew about them, but now I know I'm tempted,

I love these. I have the dilemma of whether to buy them now and be tempted or leave it and risk them being sold out.
Aldi used to do marzipan hearts which were excellent as they limited my portion size but I don't think they've appeared for a couple of years. I'm also partial to cherry liqueurs.:drool:0 -
Aldi's cherry liqueurs are gorgeous.Very much like the M & S ones

The Lidl pea snacks (like crisps) taste the same as the branded ones! They're very good and I think they were less than £1.50 for a multipack!0

£1.29 for 6 bags. Aldi have a similar product.
Also: Aldi Quinoa Bites, and Lidl/Aldi Lentil curls. (The Lentil curls being the bargain of the bunch at 72p for 6 bags).0 -
Have decided that I need to investigate these cherry liquors.
Lidl seems to have gone to town on their gin selection btw. Some interesting new flavours on sale, just thinking about it gives me a hangoverValue-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Lidl has stopped pretending it sells organic eggs (haven't seen any there for a year), removed the shelf label and filled the space with normal eggs.0

They had a "Gin event" recently, so it'll probably be limited stock.0 -
