What's a 'good price' for sky?

I've just finished a pain-free session on Live Chat with Sky (2nd Feb)

My year is up and I wanted a better deal. My current costs are £69 for HD TV with kids programs (no sport and movies) plus phone with anytime talk and unlimited broadband.

They offered me the same package for £54 a month (well, £54 for 10 months with the final two at £69)

I'm a bit disappointed with that, so I'll try again later this week. I want to cancel for better deals but I'm a freelancer and can't risk my broadband.

To get a decent deal, you have to cancel. Just cancel TV and leave your Broadband and phone alone.

Just to echo what others had said- you have to cancel to get a good deal (40-60 percent) and check your account the next.

The new boxes are being rolled out soon so the offers may change significantly.
