One very useful trick is to buy the best minced steak and pad it out with soya mince. Tesco do organic soya mince for 99p a pack. You get the proper meaty taste from the real meat and health plus cheapness from the soya.earn what you can, save what you can, give what you can :hello:0

I always buy free-range eggs, and usually try to get organic meat, milk, fruit and veg. when I can. I think its better for you, and also kinder to the animals involved.0
