Hi Lee, wondering if you have picked up my complaint yet? I need to get my phone back before my wedding and honeymoon but I'm not getting a straight answer from customer services on the phone - I'm just getting cut off when I try to get clarification.
Can you help?
Thanks

One week on and still no response from Vodafone. No service for nearly a month and unable to get through to anyone who is willing to do anything about it. Very frustrating 👿0

You actually couldn't make it up!
Despite still not actually having had a response to my email, Vodafone have sent me this:Following your recent email to our contact centre, we'd like to invite you to answer our 4 question survey regarding the service you received
I double checked it was about my WRT email and indeed it mentioned the reference number!
You seriously couldn't make up how awful the service from Vodafone is!0 -

no reply yet to my screwed up vodafone account where i'm being overcharged 100GBP per month, with no data allowance.
trying since Feb to remedy. Pointless exercise in futility with lying staff who throw you over the wall to another call centre at every opportunity.
Total owed = 527GBP
cancelled direct debit- maybe that will get some attention.0 -
It will also wreck your external credit files for the next 6 years.0

After SIX MONTHS of complaining about a phantom line that appeared on my account it's finally gone ! The hours and hours spent trying to resolve this has been beyond a joke !
I requested a deadlock letter 2 months ago (was told it would take 28 days ??) That was a lie anyway as it didn't arrive at all and was probably never sent.
I see OFGEM fined Scottish Power £18mill for poor customer service today. OFCOM should get hold of these Vodafone jokers and fine them enough to put them out of business and do us all a favour.
Will probably be back in a few months with another problem so speak to you all again then. This contract can't end soon enough.:mad:0 -
Here’s a dire warning for anyone trying to upgrade through Vodafone.
I’ve been with Vodafone for about 15 years with 6 contracts, all ending at the same time. When the end of the contracts comes up, I contact them and they normally give me a good deal after a bit of negotiation. Just to be sure, I always ask for them to either e-mail or text me the details so that I have a record, because on quite a few occasions in the past, Vodafone will suddenly change something and forget the 24 month discount that was agreed, or the data allowance will suddenly change and be reduced. So I have to contact them again and get to them to sort it out. Sometimes they will try to deny the agreement, but of course I have the e-mail or text to prove it. So they agree to correct it.
However, on this occasion when my contracts were ending in a months time, their Customer Service has been absolutely appalling. I contacted them 2 weeks ago with a month to go on my 6 contracts and was put through to their Retentions people. Agreed a very good deal and took the contracts, asking for the details to be e-mailed to me. I also noted everything down and read it all back to Vodafone to ensure there was no misunderstanding between us. All agreed. 3 days later – no e-mail but I received the 6 new phones. Phoned them up again to check what the price plans were to ensure that what was agreed was on my account. Unsurprisingly, every one was wrong – discounts had not been applied correctly and prices were substantially more than quoted, data allowances were much less than agreed etc. Looks like the Retention guy I spoke to had lied to me to get my custom.
I was then passed through various departments for the next 2 hours trying to get back to the Retentions again to resolve the issue, put on hold whilst someone talked with the ‘manager’, only to then be transferred to another department. Was even transferred 4 times across the same department. Each time, ‘can I have your mobile number, whatever digits of your pin, address, date of birth, inside leg measurement, hair colour’ – same questions every time I was transferred.
With all the hassle, and the fact that the original retentions guy appeared to have lied to me, I finally told them that I now wanted to return the phones and end all my contracts as the way I was being treated was unacceptable. So they agreed and would send me the return bags.
A day later, I contacted Vodafone over a billing issue that they messed up. Was then unknowingly transferred to their returns department who offered a great deal again – better than before. Agreed to take the deal but stressed that I would only agree once I had an e-mail confirming everything.Again, unsurprisingly no e-mail turned up and when I checked through Customer Services what the contracts were, everything was wrong again. So I told the phones were still coming back.
5 days later, billing issue still not sorted. So I contacted Vodafone again. In the first 2.0 hours I was actually passed through 14 different departments trying to resolve the billing issue. I was then passed to their Returns department – another deal agreed after an hour, but he just needed to discuss with his ‘manager’ – 20 mins on hold – cut off. Phoned straight back, another 2 hours bouncing around the departments trying to get back to the Returns department – through Customer Services, Billing Enquiries, Line Migration, finally to Returns ‘ can you hold please’ – 15 mins holding, transferred back to Line Migration, Customer Services, cut off etc. 4.5 hours on the phone.
Finally tried to raise the issue and complain about the way I had been treated with their Resolutions department. Was told ‘sorry they are busy at the moment’. Pushed the point that I wanted to speak with them, put on hold for 20 mins – cut off.
I cannot believe how bad Vodafone Customer Services have become. Yes they were bad in the past, but this was now beyond a joke. I wanted to do business with them again for the 6 contracts, but they have consistently lied about agreements, failed to keep promises and make it extremely difficult if you want to try and discuss anything, passing you around between departments until you give up. I’ve now had enough and agreed that the phones are going back and all the contracts will be closed, but I strongly suspect that they wont send the returns bags that they promised.

In Dec 2015 I submitted a transfer of ownership form per Vodafone instructions and long story short, my phone has not been able to receive data since. There are many other issues but this is the main one.
I have called the support line countless times. I have been into the Vodafone shop on 5 occasions.
Vodafone is still charging me a monthly fee even though my phone is not working and more importantly, they say they will bill me £560 if I try to exit my contract.
I have sent a registered letter to Vodafone Customer Relations in Newberry. I have the signature verifying the letter was received. However, I have had NO RESPONSE at all from Vodafone.
I have contacted the Ombudsman, but they will not assist me until 8 weeks AFTER Vodafone send me a final resolution letter.
As I can get no response from Vodafone or if I call the support team I go through the same procedures they have been doing since this issue began.
Any advice on how I can proceed will be greatly appreciated.0
