    Evening DIA

You've inspired me to try quinoa! I've been pinning loads of recipes and for my first taste adventure I'm going to make quinoa patties with courgette and feta. Wish me luck :)

I think I know that brand of spray you're on about. I peronally don't like it, it smells funny when it's cooking. Don't know if you know but T3sco do sprays oils with rapeseed, sunflower, olive or extra virgin. They're about £1.50 ish I think.

Well done on doing your eyebrows! Mine need doing again, it's never ending. I think one day I'll just say, forget it, I'll embrace the Li@m Gall@gh3r look :rotfl:

    Have a great week :)

    Thanks Orange Ena and Rosa,

At least my food obsessions are being put to good use.

I'm in a weird mood, have been for the past few days. I'm, hoping circuits knock it out of me this evening. It's a creative day but feeling far from creative. I'm half doing everything and committing to nothing.

In a bid to commit, to finish one train of thought and make a change I've signed up a DD to a wetlands centre. It will cost me £4 a month to be a member. Hopefully it will be a place to escape to when the dirt and crowds of a big city become too much. It's the price of a coffee and a tiny bar of chocolate in Ner0 and should be so much more worthwhile.I am trying hard not to take on commitments such as DDs as this can be where the money goes but I have 23 months of debt busting and I have to live too. I want to enjoy life too! If I go once a month it will be more than worth it. At least on that I have followed through an action. IT IS DONE.:)

I've been researching insurances including home plans. I need to get my boiler serviced too...

I am making soup today, stock boiling in the background as I type. Somehow making soup always gets me back on track

Have a good week fellow debt busters

    A good day :)

I had a meeting that went well

I wrote and posted a grown-up pension letter. This is part of my plan to do a bureaucratic letter or form relating to future finances every time I go to work.

I went to get my foundation. It’s only taken me since January to achieve this! I asked for a tester pot so now I have 2 extras for my travel bag

    I posted a parcel.

I had someone respond to my Gumtr33 ad already. Now just to get the money.:)

Tomorrow I will post another item on the site. It doesn’t matter whether it’s Gumtr33 or 3bay. What matters is getting them out of the house and getting some money in the process.

The diet is going well. I’m very aware of what I’m eating. Thanks Orange Ena for the tip off about the oil spray. I’ll use up the yucky one first (it only cost 75p in Ald1)

In the supermarket they were selling off spriralised courgette £1.49 reduced to 29p. I got 3 bags, one will go in soup, the other will be courgetti as I’m making a bolognese tomorrow. Chopped onions reduced to 14p a bag too

I hope your day went well too

Thanks Beanielou, however, they were all 'off' That happens with Tesc0 prepped veggies/meat and fish. I won't be buying reduced prepped veggies in Sains**** ever again. It doesn't happen with reduced MnS or Waitr0se! It's part of the debt busting journey I guess. I am learning all sorts :)

    Today...
I was WFH so I feel rested and the clients were all either lovely or just okay. No dramas.

The house was a tip this morning so between work I’ve been trying to restore order. Doing well I’ve gone from ‘This woman has been burgled!’ to ‘This is the home of a sloth’ Order should be partially restored by the end of the day.

I got unexpected exercise by cycling 40 minutes to meet the gumtr33 buyer who wasn’t there. I am so exhausted I can’t do zumba as well later. He has emailed me since we were in different places  so maybe we can try again. Determined to remain positive and keep selling. If my item sells that is £6. If I do sell I am creating a new secret stash to keep at home for cash emergencies. I’ve listed a new item today too. :)

Feeling optimistic as the day draws to a close :)

I hope your day was a good one too :)

Just back from another hour of cycling to get rid of my gumtr33 item. I now have the £6 in my kitty. But, boy did I work for it. I have never worked so hard for £6 but the item gone now and the girl seemed really pleased to have it too :)

You got paid to exercise??? Wooh! :D Although I definitely feel for you having to do that AND sell the item! You've done a great job.

You're doing better than I am at home. I seem to go from "Tazmanian Devil has come to stay" to a ransack in reverse. Where someone comes in, tips all my stuff out and adds their items to it too!

A no drama day is always a bonus. MTxx

    Housework
    washup x1 x1
    washing done and on line

    Decluttered
1 jar fancy pesto to foodbank
    old kettle cable

    Cooked
An aubergine, anchovy and tomato sauce

    Today
Today has been low octave. That’s okay. So, nothing much achieved. House still messy. I listed another 2 items on gumtr33. I have the day off tomorrow. I’m taking my mother to lunch. She’s a veggie but I’ve found somewhere that’s recommended personally so I’m hoping she enjoys it

I had a lightbulb moment this morning on waking. It came from nowhere and is probably blindingly obvious to most people but I don’t think it had ever clicked with me. It’s this: I lose confidence in my friends and family when they don’t follow through, when they are unreliable, when they let me down. What I had not realised is when I don’t follow through on something I intended to do for myself I LOSE CONFIDENCE IN MYSELF. Every time I give up, or don’t do what I said I was going to do, I LET MYSELF DOWN. So I am going to push myself through to the end more because all the times I could but don't bother send a message to me that affect my opinion of myself.

You know in the sound of music when Maria sings 'I have confidence in sunshine. I have confidence in rain. I have confidence that spring will come again. As anyone can see I have confidence in me.' I want confidence in me too.

I’ve come over all Oprah, so off to make a cup of tea

Hope your day went well :)
