I WFH today so instead of walking 45 minutes from the station I did a workout at the gym. I did the cross trainer at a high level but I could only manage 30 minutes. Tomorrow I walk 45 minutes because I am in the office.
I did goodish in MnS as I got half an organic leg of lamb for £5 instead of £15. I got 2 bottles of a sparkling pinot noir from Tasmania. I love this. It was £22 reduced to clear for £10. I bought 2 bottles. The lamb and fizz will be my Christmas treats and I will buy turkey YS after Christmas and have it for new year:)
It wasn’t all good. I also bought nuts and chocolate for £7.60. Arriving after a workout and not having eaten puts me in the danger zone in there. I need to be careful…I think a flask of soup post workout is a good idea for future
I chased a missing payment due to me and caught my college payroll too. Yay, money on its way…:)

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

;)Thanks Beanielou for your encouraging words and you too Uncanny Scot for the big vote of confidence. I have a feeling you know a fair bit about exercise and I am glad soup might be the answer post work out
A tough day for me but a good one with so much activity my head was whirring.
Feeling a bit edgy but that is due to the stress of the day.
Very busy at work.
I finally got the missing payment owed to me at the college tracked down, I got a claim form and posted it.:T
I thought about next year and my private class. It is always difficult for me to negotiate as I dislike conflict. I do not like setting prices and I obviously undersold myself as they suggested an additional £5 for the session. Anyway, I think I have found an answer that everyone can work for everyone.;)
Today I walked 30 minutes, which is a little lame really but time was against me today.
I will try and make sure I walk for 45 minutes tomorrow as I can’t get to the gym until Sunday afternoon now
Today I received a cheque from HMRC for £36. I’m tempted to buy the eyeshadow I have been wanting for months with that money.;)
My new pattern on a 9 day fortnight is formally agreed and will begin at the end of October. I still want to do 4 days a week, but in the Spring when I am debt free.
The house is slipping again. Dishes are piling up. I can't keep taking time off to catch up on chores...Food is not prepped so no food to take to work which costs more in the long run as I am either hungry or buy rubbish food. Today I was hungry plus I ate a bag of crisps.
It is so hard keeping my home going. Hopefully it will get easier at when I gain a day a fortnight?
I hope you had a good day readerIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks beanielou.
It is difficult when working full time and as for working full time single mothers? How are they sane? I don't know how others manage to keep it all together.
I have to admit to having a radical thought. What if instead of moaning about the dishes i washed them. Just finished. Three lots but I got to the end, the last of them are draining on the drainer. Made a salad for tomorrow too. Giving myself a starIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
