No, what you are proposing is a scam. You are doing this with the INTENTION of using it for up to two weeks then seeking a full refund. You have not "changed your mind" at all. In effect you are looking for a free hire.
This does not comply with any reasonable interpretation of the distance selling regulations or Tesco's stated policy.
