    I don't really think 'good value' and 'London' belong in the same sentence any more, unless of course it is to say that there isn't good value in London (as far as properties go).

    Prices have gone gazoonga nutsoid (sorry, economic jargon). When you can sell a two bed flat in Central London, move 100 miles down the road and retire then something ain't right.

    Of course it might be that prices 100 miles away are too low but somehow I have my doubts.
