Oil could crash to $10 a barrel, warn investment bank bears

The quantity and quality of 'stuff' being produced in the world is at all time highs. Commodities are in ample supply, with plenty to spare. The issue of oversupply is the major danger to all in the world. It's always been a short step from trade war, to hot war. One way or another this potential crisis could turn very nasty.
The debate provoked here over oils price, needs to get beyond which tracker serves you best. Creative destruction will have to happen before any steps towards 'normalisation'. Your portfolios will need to be planned accordingly, not a concern for me of course.
To blithely go forward, and believe nothing serious is afoot, is ignoring the withering green shoots and fluttering red flags. For me, the recent US rate rise, along with allowing oil exports again, smacks of a power move by the US.
Other news item to grab my attention, is the tankers being prepped to bring cheap fracked US gas to UK and europe. Bet Putins happy..._

I heard Peter the taxi bloke from up the road just invested in a new taxi. Should see house prices rise.
Yep, building as many houses as necessary and limiting credit especially to first time Buyers are the two main ones.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -

I mowed my lawn in the summer, which increased London values by 2.7%.0 -

I keep asking you to please link a property (rightmove) which is good value in Wood Green. I'm genuinely interested to see how my "good value" place compares.
Would you mind?0 -

I just had a look on rightmove, and I expected to come back with a link to a property, but I couldn't find one.
After widening the search by half a mile, I did find one that I would consider if I was looking for a home. It looks like it might back onto Alexandra Park which would be great for taking the dog out (off lead) for runs, walks and possibly off road cycling.

But I would prefer to stay out of London, I don't think that it is good value for someone who doesn't have to be in London.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
