    nice of them to offer you £10 for "goodwill" ,




    as they have now accepted that the initial charge was incorrect , tell them to "do one"


    PS: as Rossendales are now members of the BPA , perhaps a complaint that there were sending you excessive letters and ringing you whilst you were still in communication with the PPC , might harm them , the PPC should have informed rossendales that the land owner had been in contact , and they were asked not to proceed.

  • No they meant that they would accept £10 from me but as you say it shows that their initial charge was incorrect and yes that is a good idea to contact BPA regarding their tactics with Rossendales.

    I know they only want £10 from you , why should you pay when the site owner says its ok?


    yup do a complaint to the BPA , you have nothing to loose , however rossendales cards will start to get marks
