Private Parking ticket and Rossendales Debt collector

Well slight update from yesterday. Spoke to the landowner and requested that he write to the parking services and confirm yet again that this is not payable due to having a permit. Had to laugh though he parked there on Boxing Day and got a ticket even though he was displaying his permit!! I am going to also do as suggested and photocopy the letters and write on the back payment declined and refer to him with is phone number. I also told the landowner that he should take the parking firm to task as I had had no response from them. Will update if and when I hear anymore.

Unreal, bet he got it cancelled. This shows the pure stupidity of these parking scammers

He didnt actually answer that to be honest but I know he wasn't too happy about it all. Fingers crossed he takes the parking services to task over their idiotic parking officers.

I most definitely will, and I guess he wont be too happy if Rossendales contact him either as I'm going to put his phone number!!

Lol, muppets certainly a better description. well something must have happened, I've not had one text or 'private'call on my mobile today and I've not even sent off their letter stating payment denied, lets hope I hear no more.

If they are harassing you that much by phone and text, tell them it is harassment, require them to 'cease and desist' because the alleged debt is denied and keep a diary about the contacts in case you want to take further action.

Finally had a letter from parking services saying as a goodwill gesture they will settle for £10 and since my last post I've not been contacted once by Rossendales so perseverance won!! Thanks to all of you that replied to me.
