as usual toxic toastie is wrong

every country in the world differentiates between citizens and non citizens even if the toxie and the corbyn party would like to kill off most of the UK population irrespective of ehnicity or place of birth

Most countries in the world don't make race the defining point of their political existence. Actually.

The fact is Clapton, we just want different things from the UK. I want to live in a country which is part of the world, and you want to live in an enclave of the 1930s where everyone is English, and the world bows to your superior Englishness.

the only politican that makes race an explicit part of their political mantra is the vile Diane Abbott who is supported by the equally vile Corbyn and McDonnell and many other hypocrites that now dominate the 'labour party'. You have never condemned the vile bunch.

of course all the EUphiles wish to discriminate by country of origin and explicitly against non white, non christian peoples ; I believed you voted to do that.

I have NEVER advocated any discrimination by race, religion, creed, sexual orientation and only distinguish rights and obligations, like every country in the world i.e. by citizenship.
Your overt untruthfulness does you no credit even if its standard now within the 'labour' party.

It hasn't. Its alive and well and manifesting itself in a three fold increase in hate crimes and depressing displays of golliwogs with British flags appearing in grubby window sills and tourist tat shops run by bitter racists.
'Great' Britain got a mention by Human Rights Watch. That's right, next to articles on human rights abuse in the likes of South Sudan, Zanzibar and Zimbabwe.

No, you just vote for and support politicians who do that for you.

by and large, the Uk system of government is that the party with a majority in parliament forms the government
It's been like for many many years and has nothing to do with brexit as such, although brexit will give back full powers to parliament.
Not quite full, they are not allowed to veto Brexit, or indeed decide on the form of Brexit :)

It would appear that the "new" Conservatives under TM have wrapped themselves in the flag of UKIP. The right have never been slow to jump on a band waggon.
Looking at Britain from accross the channel National Socialism comes to mind.

Sad to say but that last thought had crossed my mind from this side of the channel as well, what did David Cameron say 'unleashing the demons' :(

Just pointing out that the stars have aligned such that we have a government which doesn't much have to worry about opposition just as the UK embarks on a journey of fundamental change.

    I find that worrying.

Don't you think you are a bit late for that?

The signs were there after all. Did a truly significant swing to UKIP in the 2015 GE, in specific regions, not give an inkling that there was an issue.

The Labour response from Corbyn has been to retreat in to his London heartlands and pretend all is fine still.

The Conservative plan is to try and retake some of that UKIP vote whilst maintaining the centre ground.

    It's just smart politics.

Extremist politics is on the rise in the EU, lest we forget. Perhaps we are ahead of the curve in dealing with it here.

I've posted a thread in Discussion Time on the subject of May's pivotal speech on the sneering liberal elite, she's to make today. I've waited a long time for this moment.

You've waited a long time for an unpleasant right wing politician to give a speech bashing people who want to promote freedom and respect for basic human values?

There's been one happening every 5 minutes since 1939, Conrad.
